Much better experience this time. I called before I came cause it was already like 615 and they said they could still take me for a pedicure. Even though we ran into closing time they didn't rush and I had an amazing pedicure. The lady (wish I got name) who did it was so good. The new decorations are nice. Everything is very clean. I told her my heels were a problem and she really did a good job scraping them. I will be back for sure.

Great customer service! Friendly and welcoming. Champagne was provided while I received a pedicure and my friend a manicure.

I love coming here for my pedicures ! All of the staff does a great job. They take their time with massages and accommodate any requests I may have. The price depends on which package you choose but it's all very reasonably priced. Definitely my go to!

Came back & was very disappointed by my experience. Perhaps I should've booked an appointment like I did the first time I came. I got a different lady for my pedicure and I did not enjoy it at all. This was my birthday pedicure, too. Once I told the nail tech that I'd changed my mind on getting my nails done there was a complete energy shift in my experience. I didn't feel comfortable. And then to pay all this money for a pedicure I did not enjoy. Way to start my birthday off lol.

7/10 Called in to get the monthly manicure & pedicure. Done at the same time. The worker said she could take me at 10am. I went in. Shortly after walking in, they brought me back to a chair. Picked color. A Sparkly Ruby red. Calm atmosphere. Pedicure Felt really good! Especially with the warm wet towels and massage. Happy feet! The dip manicure was no good and really disappointing. The workers really do make the difference. The one that did my dip manicure today did what she wanted. Didn't ask me. Did them way too long. It was appreciated that the manager tried to take over and make them better. I honestly, can't wait to go to a store and get a color to cover them. I felt really disrespected. When I talked about how unhappy I was, the workers went off in their language and it just wasn't right. Good and overdue pedicure! Wrong color! The Ruby red I picked looks nothing like the color on my nails. Too dark. Be aware! It's more like a dark purple! Really disappointing! Crazy how it can go really well to really bad and make me never want to go back to a nail salon. Definitely not worth what I paid to get it done.I hate doing bad reviews, but I don't want anyone to go through that. At least be aware of what can happen.

Very attentive customer service, very relaxing environment , great pedicure. I enjoyed my service and it met my expectations.

I needed a pedi Badly and Kelly absolutely took care of me. I chose the #2 gel polish pedicure package since that one included working on calluses. That was a must as my feet had been through it as of late. Kelly truly did a great job and she even made some different nail color suggestions to cover up a previously injured and discolored nail that I had not considered. Her leg/foot scrub and then massage was done very well which is super important to me. The massage is half the reason I get pedicures The only reason I knocked off one star is because I strongly feel a nail salon's price menu should be posted somewhere that you can see upon entering. I had no idea until I sat down, my feet placed in the water bath and then handed a laminated menu to choose from. It wasn't cheap. I wholeheartedly believe nail techs, hair stylists and estheticians should be paid for their time and skill, however, walking out of there after paying about $75 (including tip) for a 45 minute gel nail polish service is just far too much and not really affordable. I paid it because I was there, Kelly did her job beautifully and I obviously agreed to it after being shown the menu, but please know that I did feel committed once that menu was handed to me too and my feet already in the water. I was too self conscious to step out of the water, say "no thank you", put my shoes back on, and leave at that point. The salon was great, I recommend Kelly if you're ok with the price point, but I won't be returning as the cost was a whole lot of too-much for 45 minutes.

The prices constantly change and now there is a card fee. Sanitation needs to be taken more seriously. I've noticed tools being used without disinfecting and had to ask before my service began. Staff changes frequently, which is unfortunate. Understand customers are paying for a service to be done without being criticized if an issue is stated. There's no need to talk badly in Vietnamese, even if the customer is being picky. This is MY experience.

I love this place!! I have been getting my nails done by Jenny for a couple months now, but have had my nails done by a few other ladies at the salon as well. Everyone has great attention to detail and makes sure my nails are perfect every time! The prices are reasonable and I am always able to get an appointment. Never felt like anything was rushed. I've been coming here for 1-2 years and every time they do my nails wonderfully. The staff is beyond kind, the atmosphere is calming, relaxing, and inviting. I actually get disappointed when I have to leave because I love being here. If you want nice customer service, great nails, and a calming atmosphere, this is the place to go!
