559 Cheese Steak & Hoagies

6/7/24It's a food truck!! Getting lunch. I called and ordered a chicken cheesesteak no butter or oil. The worker said thank you. I ordered a baked potato too, but he said they won't be ready for 2 hours. No go then. Maybe another time. I went to pick it up. When I arrived the worker was nice. Said it wasn't ready yet. I paid for it and he gave me a notification buzzer for when it was ready. Waited a little bit until it went off. Then I went up and it was put out and the worker said " enjoy!"=) It was hot! Freshly made! Lunchtime! Chicken cheesesteak was Really DELICIOUS!! Fresh jalapeños added a nice spicy kick! Cheesy & tender meat too! Good service & GREAT Chicken Cheesesteak sandwich with jalapeños!! Highly recommended!!

ABSOLUTE FIRE!! I got the hogie cheesesteak, good size and good price. My favorite thing was the loaded fries with steak and he added peppers/onions with cheese and the two sauces!! Make sure you get the sauces they are really good. Love the food, the price, overall I will def come back again. Thank you

Service is A1, food is delicious, area might not be pleasant to some but I wasn't trippin! We in Fresno, not everywhere safe lol. As much as I passed by Dakota and Blackstone, I ain't never seen this food truck. Apparently they are there till 11pm and on weekends, even later. I didn't get to order anything cus we was already on the way to pick up my order at chipotle. My bf ordered instead and he got the chop cheese & French fries with added steak for $3. The prices aren't bad IMO. I just knocked down a star cus I seen they charge for some toppings separately. I don't agree mushrooms, jalapeños or olives priced at $1 extra each. The rest of the toppings I get why to charge but I would think mushrooms or jalapeños are optional. Just my opinion. Other then that, chop cheese was good. This was actually our first chop cheese we ever tried so I can't compare to any other ones yet. So far, so good. The crinkle fries was packed with meat and onions and bell peppers. Steak was seasoned well. My bf added sauce on top of it. I believe it was either chipotle or chimmi sauce. Sauce doesn't have price which is great cus I'm a saucy bitch so I like to pick different varieties. He was generous enough to give us three different ones. The other being ranch. Not sure if these are house made sauce, doesn't taste like it, but everything was still good!

I got the shrimp po boy and it definitely was not worth the money it only had a few shrimp in the sandwich it was basically all hoagie and no meat really disappointed. One of my boys got chicken wings and French fries and loved them, my other son got the old New York cheese steak and said it was pretty good. I would not recommend the shrimp to anyone

It wasn't what I expected and it was a bit concerning when my dog wouldn't eat any of the fries. The owners are so nice too, the food taste okay, was also a bit pricey. The food truck looks clean and I really wanted to like it. We bought multiple things on the menu as well, still looking for a good Philly Cheesesteak in the area.

food is outstanding! It's a different New york style & i would totally recommend!Service is outstanding! very friendly and outgoing!The place has ambiance , it's a nice outside area

Baked potato so gooood and fresh out the oven I would definitely come back again for another one

This is the best sandwich I've had in forever! Had the New York cheesesteak and it was hot, cheesy and delicious! WillDefinitely order again ans can't wait to try other menu items. The lemonade was soGood and refreshing, to sweet, just perfect. Great job 559, I'm happy to find a local place that's so delicious and really take pride on the food your serving, it really shows

Great food we been back multiple times cheesesteak sandwich with mushrooms and the fries add steak and pepper Jack cheese I have to say are my favorite my honey tried the baked potato with steak and shrimp said it's best baked potato he's ever had.Cheesecake is pretty good too was great friendly fast service will definitely remain on our list of places to go GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE!
