Love our new floors! They look great! No gaps between planks. Nice straight lines with the hardwood. Tile and grout look good. Very happy with the installation.

Stephanie and her Team are AMAZING! The customer service from day one was far more than I could ever expect. Her store has so many options! We were allowed to take home multiple samples and she even came all the way to our home to drop off more! We kept them until we were ready to select our material and she answered all the questions we had about the different selections. Ishmael and his team were so kind, professional and most of all cared about our personal belongings and our personal space. The quality of work is everything I could have asked for and I would recommend this establishment to anyone and have already!

Only gave one star to be able to post. Sketchy at best. This was an insurance job referred by Puma Construction, which is just as horrible. Prices are not marked and when asked if my choices were within my budget Stephanie, the owner just told me not to worry. She seemed flaky from the beginning. We made our finale decision and never received an estimate or any further communication from Stephanie or any other representative of Carpet One for over 2.5 weeks. Puma Construction said 'they don't micro manage their sub contractors". Called our insurance company and cancelled using Puma Construction, Fresno and Carpet One. Stephanie never returned, phone calls, texts or emails. But when I text her " don't bother calling me back, we are going elsewhere". I immediately received a response to return the samples. Do not recommend!

I have been doing business consistently with 47th Place Carpet for 40 years and have never once had a bad experience. My business has included commercial office, industrial development as well as residential and am pleased to say that I recommend 47th Place to others with complete confidence.

If I could have given them less of One Star I would. Stephanie has NO customer service. I know this is an insurance claim but I am still a customer and expect to be treated as such. No communication when carpet was not going in on scheduled date and time. Had to chase her down for a delivery time and then job was not completed. Still NO communication until I chased her down again to find out when the balance of the room will be done and if so will it be the same color lot. Since I have not seen the balance of the carpet I can not comment on whether it matches or not. Will never work nor recommend this company all due to lack of communication from Stephanie.
