1 Stop Lock & Key

I am the queen of locking my self out of my home and car, and a professional car key loser! So hear me when I say this, I have dealt with dozens of locksmiths near the fresno area, and 1 stop Lock & Key is by far the best experience I've ever had. He and his team are kind and professional, they communicate with arrival updates and get the job done fast! I've called him 3 times in the past 6 months and every time he comes quick and I get the same amazing service! 1 stop lock and key has officially made it on to my speed dial! Thank you for coming to my rescue every time!

It is Super Bowl Sunday afternoon before kickoff. I had On-Call Locksmith owner work on my lock for about an hour and he recommended drilling it. I declined. I called 1 Stop Lock & Key and I had doubts. The owner opened my Yale deadbolt in less than 5 minutes. It was worth every penny. 5 stars !!!!!! Go 49ers !!!!!

We locked ourselves out of the house around 8pm (boooo!) and found 1 Stop on google. The number listed goes to their cell phone and the locksmith immediately answered and let us know he'd be there in an hour. He came right on time and quickly got us inside. He had to pick 3 handles and the total was $120. An unfortunate expense for a mistake, but I would definitely call them again for anything we need. He was super nice and I felt comfortable as a woman needing help at night. Thanks!

I definitely do not recommend this company!My mother in law lost her car keys and I was looking for a company that could replace the key with remote for a decent price. I spoke with Ella and I asked if their company replaces car keys and remotes for car key. She said they do. I gave her the year, make, and model of the car. She quoted $85 just for the key and $135 for both the key and remote. I confirmed with her the price and the car that it was for. I thought that was a great price! She told me I can call back the next day to schedule an appointment and it would take less than 5 minutes to program the remote. My mother in law calls the next day to schedule an appointment. Ella said that they didn't have the remote and couldn't get it for her.I call Ella a few hours later, Ella said her supplier couldn't get the remote but can get it in 3-4 days. Which was fine.So Ella tells me now that the price is $275 for the key and remote. I asked why is it now $275 when yesterday she told me it was $135. She said she looked at the wrong car. I just don't understand how she was looking at the wrong car information if she was asking for the year, make and model and inputting that information in as she was asking me. I asked if she can honor the price she gave me, she said she wouldn't be able to. (Even if she was able to, I would have not gone through this company)I'm glad we didn't go thru this company after all. Imagine if we scheduled the appointment and got the remote program then giving us a bill of double the price they quoted us for! Save yourself time and find another company!!

I own a restaurant downtown and my back door, door handle was was in a position to where we couldn't open it. This was the 3rd time this happened, to this same door handle. I have had another locksmith come and fix it 2 times before, and it kept breaking. So I called 1 Stop Lock & Key this time. He came at the time he said would be there, fixed the door handle in about 15 mins, told me there was wood screws in the lock, I had a cheap residential lock, not a commercial lock. He was very professional I would recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith.

My daughter needed her ignition rekeyed (wrong word?). I called another company who tried to charge me almost $700 to rekey the ignition and an extra key. They also requested a copy of my DL or a payment advance via zelle. Then I contacted 1 Stop Lock & Key. He quoted me $335 to rekey the ignition and an extra key with remote. He showed up the same day, provided excellent service, explained the process, and made us extra key with remote. He was super friendly and extremely professional. Thank you again Zach for your help!

Lost my car key, Audi Q5.... Called these guys, they showed up and saved the day. Made a new key (not a duplicate) in 30 minutes and were prepared with a car charger because my car battery was drained. I definitely recommend this company. Oh! and they were the best price (by far) from the three to four other locksmiths I called.

After spending an entire day attempting to get my chip car key duplicated, feeling defeated because no one's computer was working or because my key was not in stock or the dealership told me I would have to replace all the car's locks and ignition - I called 1 Stop Lock and Key and got lucky. Locksmith was 10 minutes from my location, arrived promptly and resolved my issue within another 10 minutes! So simple! Locksmith knows his craft, has the tools and equipment onboard and is a true artist. I cannot adequately express how appreciative I am for his assist. After today, he has made a customer for life! Big relief!

Not a happy camper. Key made but car won't start now. Key man came back said it's my battery. My cAr was fine before service was done. Key man came back jumped car. Next day same issue called key man back he tells me he charges some astronomical fee of 175.00 I believe for a jump, Unbelievable, I should've known there was a problem when he open my hood and said, where is the battery? Not happy at all now I have to consult a mechanic for an issue that I didn't have before this gentleman came out. Do not recommend this company at all.
