My uncle told me about this restaurant when they opened. I dismissed his acknowledgement.I passed it a few times weekly (Shopping plaza with Publix). It is not visible from the street. a bout a month ago, was craving a good salad and didn't want to drive far for a decent salad. Yelp to the rescue. let me go check it out. Monday, 10/30/2023.Prices are very reasonable. I ordered a regular salad $10.50. add-ons are $0.50 each item. not too bad. let me tell you the toppings are varied. I was shocked and never thought of butternut squash and sweet potatoes as a salad topping. We usually eat this two hot, right? You must try them!ok. so byo..build your own was my right choice. check out my pictures. Took 2 days to eat this. oh so yummy. I didn't miss a nutrient. Their dressings appear to be homemade. ranch and balsamic vinegarette. divine.I've been back once since my 1st visit. I'm overdue and craving a salad now...11/29.let's go.....smiles(when can we add emojis..Yelp team)

Once again I ordered salads for a sorority event at my house. When I tell you there wasn't one complaint. Food was good, when I called to verify orders, the list was updated and delivered on time. Thanks again!

Guess what? Now the Freshest Salad Bar serves breakfast! Yes you read it right, they serve breakfast..I popped in today and ordered a omelette made to order .It was GREAT! Have a look! It was a little expensive but I'd will be getting another one real soon.. Thanks Freshest for opening up our community to more healthy choices.

I'm glad that one of my fellow South Fulton neighbors took a chance on herself and opened up a business so many were asking for for years, and during the pandemic nonetheless!I have actually visited this location twice and they have come a long way from when they opened. They are similar to Salata or any other salad bar place where you choose your size ($7.50 or $10.50) and then your protein determines your end price. I chose to build my own salad and add salmon. The large portion is enough for two salads if you eat like me, lol. However I will say it was outside of my norm to spend $26 on a salad and a drink lol, but I will do what I need to do to support this neighbor-owned, black owned business. My food was fresh and good. Solid lunch time choice!

I was excited to try this place after reading the reviews, but I'm not sure I'll be returning. I paid $14 for a salad that included a very small portion of kale with chicken and a side of Caesar dressing. The ingredients were fine, but I can't justify paying that price for a pretty small and basic salad. I can only imagine how much a regular or large costs. They also were out of tomatoes (a staple in most salads) despite being conveniently located next to a Publix.

I am sooo excited that we have such a tasty and BLACK owned business in south Fulton!! I tried to come here last week, but came maybe 30 minutes after closing. So, I came again because the great reviews and I was really wanting a yummy salad. I literally stood outside waiting until the lock clicked open at 11:30am. It's extremely clean, modern and I was greeted as soon as I entered. The menu and pricing model is very clear and prominent, which I appreciate as a detail-oriented person. I got n Caesar salad and added chicken to it. YUMMY. The chicken was hot, well seasoned, and lettuce was fresh and bright. Very impressed and I savored that thang but couldn't leave a morsel. I also got the cookies for $1.50 and they were DELICIOUS. I almost doubled back but didn't want to mess up my progress. Next time, I may try one of the juices. Definitely a new lunchtime fave! I wish they would extend to maybe 7pm, but I'll take what I can get for now lol

I was treated to lunch and they bought me the Soul Food Salad. It was well constructed, and the ingredients combined for a great flavor in every bite. Sweet potatoes and corn made it slightly sweet but the ranch helped calm it down.

I have been here several times. They offer more than just salads. They have wraps, soups, açaí bowls and more. The salads are fresh and huge. You can build your own salad and get whatever you want on it. The service is a little slow, but only because it takes time for them to build your salad with all the ingredients to choose from. They have seating, but not much as this place is a little small. The staff can be a little more pleasant. Some of them don't look like they like their job. A smile goes a long way.

Tried this place for the first time. $17 for a chicken salad!!! I know inflation is crazy right now but 10.50 for the salad and $6 for grilled chicken, I probably could've went to Publix and made the salad myself for cheaper. Don't get me wrong it was good, but it's a salad. The place was pretty empty though so service was fast. I don't think I'll be returning unless I really just feel lazy and don't want to make my own salad.

when they first started, the food was excellent and plentiful. when they increased their prices I understood that. But when the quality of the food changed, I wasn't happy. I purchased two build your own salad, two proteins (grilled chicken) at six dollars each, two extra toppings (each .75) one jerk sauce.75. Subtotal; 37.25 and total: 40.14. Also, they have changed the containers to some black styrofoam, unhealthy and highly unsafe for the environment containers. And I inquired about the Haitian rice bowl and it costs nine dollars for the rice alone! You have to pay extra for the protein and they give you a small portion of rice. I don't know about anyone else but I can't afford to service them and they give so little....back to publix salad I go.****PLEASE CHECK THE COST BEFORE YOU PURCHASE****
