Not bad at all for a small place inside a huge/fancy and very expensive mall/shopping center.Decent selection of food. You put what you want in your choice of container and go check out.I got a big meal for just over $10.00I've tried many other places nearby where they serve you highly overpriced & tasteless food. At least with Fresh N More you know what you are getting before you pay the bill.

Yes, this is your standard office building food court with a buffet on one side and a to-order kitchen on the other. The convenience is greater than what can add up to the pricier side, but they could charge whatever they want, and most of the buffet food is better than decent. The breakfast sandwiches are actually quite affordable and delicious, highly recommend. Also, if you're hungry, try the Wintergarden Burrito--it's a lot of food, and high quality. It's a pretty quick stop, even at peak lunch times.

I'm being generous because this is the first review. There is a conference at the Hyatt with 1500+ attendees and the conference includes no food. We are using meeting rooms on 1st, 2nd, 3rd floors and moving between these floors all day from 8a to 615pm. This is a captive audience and the conference runs from Fri-Mon with half or more of us also meeting Thurs. that is 5 days, 2 meals per day, 1500 people. Why would you NOT refill your buffet pans?!?? Do you know how much business you lost? I asked 2 different workers (I think they are the owners) if food was coming. They told me to use the salad bar. I don't want salad. I want the hot buffet. Literally over half the trays were completely empty. Half of the remaining ones with food were nearly empty so these 2 kept pushing the platefulIf food in these trays into a tiny pile in the middle of the tray. We don't want a tiny mound of cabbage and gravy when it is marked Mongolian beef!!! Anyway, I waited 15 min while they kept topping off the cheap stuff like lettuce. I had already scooped brown rice into my container but there was nothing to eat with it. I finally took one of the 3 spring rolls remaining and one dried out fried dumpling, one piece of chicken teriyaki. That cost me $9+ and most of the weight was rice that I couldn't eat. Really isn't 3 stars but it's a small business and I want them to realize they are not doing themselves any favors by not putting food out for us to buy. Lots of people looked at the empty trays and walked across to Needs. I should have done the same.

Nice convenient location inside Hyatt Regency on the second floor. It's primarily a buffet service although you can order other items such as sandwiches. The buffet offerings are a mix of salad, Asian food and some American. Offering changes a bit each day, on a rotating basis. I have tried, mostly, Asian: fried rice, stir fries, rolls, etc. Everything I have tried was quite tasty. Service is friendly and price -- you pay by weight -- is quite reasonable.

Nestled inside the Hyatt Regency in Bellevue, you'll find Fresh N More! Not too bad, especially if you don't want to or have time to leave the hotel for a lunchtime break. They were way too swamped for the three people working and they were overwhelmed beyond belief. I luckily got there early on before it got too bad, but holy moly I felt bad for them. Panini and salad... both were good. Not too much variety for chips, sides or snacks, but it got the job done that day. The buffet is by weight, which I'm not a fan of, but plenty of people were piling it high! Seating is a few tables here and there, two and four top, first come first serve! It isn't fancy, but a decent spot a to sit and eat at a ruble. Overall, it was decent... nothing to write home about but at the same time, we didn't go hungry and it wasn't terrible!

Great variety and perfect for grabbing a quick bite! The owners are lovely and I really appreciate the healthy options. There's quite a few takeout boxes to select from size-wise, so it's a great spot to get an entire meal or just a snack. On my most recent visit, the mangoes were so sweet and they had a huge selection for salad dressings. I love the cold noodles by the salad bar (they're slightly sweet!) and the macaroni as well.

IF 0 STARS WAS AN OPTION THIS WOULD BE IT. The pasta ONLY had tons of butter. The fried rice we got was hard and gross. The chicken was hard to chew. Overall very bland and gross DO NOT EAT HERE.

Well hidden in the mall second floor sky bridge level with Taco Tuesday excellent. Lots of choices including Chinese foods. Self served, freshly made ingredients, pay by weight, reasonable price. So good, yummm. Don't miss if you visit Bellevue, WA.
