As a delivery driver, this restaurant is not user friendly. I was given the trip to pick up one meal of sandwich, fries and custard. Waited over 15 minutes. It's unacceptable and Layla my wait person did nothing to speed up the process. Very disappointing.

This is hands-on the best fast burger joint you will find. Consistent, great tasting made to order and quick. The restaurant is always clean and someone regularly comes by to see how everything tastes. We always eat inside and get the vanilla frozen custard... It's creamy smooth velvety sweetness that is not found anywhere else... So glad to see this location pop up in Tomball! Real steak burgers and fixings that are fresh. Me and my kiddos love the skinny fries too...

I like the burgers. Had the double original and it was good though small for the price. The meal come with shoestring fries...a lot of them! The burgers look big but In actuality the buns are small to give the appearance of a big burger. The turtle sundae should be against the law...so damn good! A small one is all needed as it's very rich. Over all it's a good place and I'll be back...my son really likes Freddy's

I've been wanting to try Freddie's Frozen country steakburgers. The outside looks like a throw back from the 50s. It really is a cute place but they must be known for their custard and not for their burgers. I was wondering why all their burgers were double patty. I ordered a single patty because I assumed it would be pretty good size meat. But when I got my burger and looked at the patty it was wafer thin and actually had holes in it. It was so thin. My husband got the patty melt. He said the flavor was pretty good, but he also had two patties that were super thin. Didn't even make for a good one patty together. The tea was like water. The fries were good. I don't know that I'll come back to try the custard but I surely won't be getting any burgers

Although the food is a prime factor of the store, it's not about the store. The service is somewhat dependable. The main reason for this review is to take notice of the actions that the upper level of employment lacks of. Bosses make employees feel incompetent, and like to single out certain workers that work under them, shorten their hours, then finally after the worker feels like they are in a toxic environment, the employee then quits. There are many reports of this happening in many occasions.

The service was very bad and it took 30 minutes to get 3 mini Ice creams, when we asked them what is taking so long, they looked at us and said nothing, also the girl/guy at the cash register had no emotion and was not nice at all.
