Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Fast and accurate service, no complaints! Did drive thru on a busy Saturday and didn't take any longer than other fast food places. Fries were super hot and fresh. Burger was amazing! Order was accurate as I had added some condiments as well as removed some.

If you follow my feed you might get a hint that I have a little affinity for a good burger. When I make my greatest burger chain of all time incarnate list I'll be sure to add Culver's to it.Even-though it is not as easily found in the part of Texas I'm located in I must say that it is always worth stopping by. The environment is pleasant, the persons who work here are friendly and this place always has new mixtures of custards to make sure you never lose that weight

Love love love this location! Friendly service and always hot and fresh food. The best thing about living in the south is peppermint shake weather in winter! And let me tell you their Oreo peppermint shake did not disappoint and gave Chick Fil A's version which I consider the best a run for its money! I asked for extra candy cane pieces and boy did they deliver on that! Also love the boba straw you get to suck up all the mouthfuls of mix ins. Their specialty burgers are amazing and love their pie concretes as well! A little pricey but worth it in my opinion!

Bun fell apart as soon as I picked up the burger. Meat was so thin the entire 'patty' was crispy. Tasted like a pickle onion melt with a beef flavor minus the bread . I've never had this experience at other locations.

Another disappointing visit. I don't think I will visit for a while.We ordered chocolate banana shakes and got chocolate shakes, no bananas in it. We paid for the large size, and got the small size, and was told it was the large size. I knew it was the small cup size because it's my second time visiting and my first visit was a bugger size.I am very sad.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Freddy's use to be the place to go. This Freddy's is very understaffed and the food takes forever to be prepared. Every time I try to place a mobile order, the person on the front counter just sits it on the back counter and forgets about it.Then when you try to ask for your food that is sitting on the counter they say no please wait. Then disappear for another 10 minutes. This has happened multiple times and I usually just ask for a refund. Do not even attempt a mobile order, they will forget about it and you will receive cold food.

The only thing they had going is the fries were hot. Walked in and the 3 girls in the front looked half asleep. The one taking our order just looked at us and said in an almost whisper, what can I get you. We asked to have our ice cream held till after our meal. They did not listen. My husbands order came out wrong. Something completely different than he ordered. My bottom bun was soggy and nothing even on it to make it soggy. I asked for no mustard but there was mustard. The concrete ice cream was melted as it could be, more like a milkshake than a concrete. I've had many concretes, we used to go to Freddy's every week when we lived in AZ, they are supposed to be thick and firm hence the name concrete. My husband ordered a concrete with cherries and chocolate chips. No cherries were even in it. The Employees look and act like they are literally in a fog.Also the bathroom was dirty and out of paper towels. And many tables were dirty and there were only a couple customers so it wasn't like it was busy or anything.

As always Burger cooked excellent. Fry's hot ,cheese curds, My wife likes tge chicken sandwich over Chic fil a . Good staff here

I Do Not recommend working here or coming here to order. I am a formal employee from this location and i got fired because i was hanging out with a formal general manger, and my other formal employees. I would also like to say that they had fired the GM because she had to go to the emergency room because she got electrocuted by the bun warmers at work and they fired her for that. I have prove of the training manager name Matt, he was being racist to me and had also texted my old GM after the fact the police was called and had said he will keep lieing to the police to see us fall. My schedule was scheduled by the message and when i look in the app my shifts was no where to be found, and this had happen 1 hr after the message was being sent. The other manager Amanda is racist also to us. They cut our hours so their people mind you their people from other location like Valley Ranch to come up in our store and boss us around and take our hours when we have bills have to pay. Some of us got fed up by the way we got treated, so we quit or got fired. YALL WILL TAKE THIS DOWN BECAUSE ITS BAD ON YOUR SIDE, because you don't want to make a bad impression about yourself but being racist isn't to be messed with with at all.

My husband and I go here twice a month. I like their new chicken and fish sandwiches for a change from hamburgers. I like their concrete too, it reminds me of a place in my hometown.
