I am so darn proud of myself. I HATE confrontation and conflict but while I was grocery shopping at the Snohomish Fred Myers a man come right up behind me without any mask on!!! I pushed my cart in-between us and then some. The bagger and clerk asked me to pull my cart forward to load and I pointed this human out and said out loud in my big girl voice I will not allow this man without a mask near me. They said we understand we are at risk and they don't enforce it. The clerk retrieved management to deal with him after she took great care of me. How did he walk through the entire store when they have signs, they offer curbside pick or home delivery? Huge fail Freddies.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is very clean and produce is fresh. Check out lines are fast even when they are busy and prices beat any other groceries in the area. My favorite place for weekly grocery runs.

This store seems to always have the best prices. It's no wonder that it's often packed and sometimes runs out of certain items. Gratefully they're good about rain checks. The only issues I see are there is often not enough cashiers, and the immersion of organic foods incorporated into the regular food, forcing people into other isles backfires by making certain customers prefer a smaller Trader Joe's experience instead of trudging through every single isle. They've taken out the connivence and clogged up the isles. The added self checkouts is good for some but a pain for many. The lines have only increased since their addition. They insist that once customers get used to it, things will move faster. I'm sure that those selling the self checkout equipment have convinced some gullible head of such thing, unfortunately every store that gets them in place of cashiers has longer rather than shorter lines. Newport Oregon has had them for years and notorious long lines for such a tiny community.I loved the Snohomish Fred Meyer versus the Monroe FM because our store had shorter lines and more cashiers. The new self checkouts has ruined all that and now wait times for checkouts has increased drastically.My high ratings is based on the food prices, freshness, quality and good customer service, when you do finally get to the cashiers.

I don't appreciate the attitude from the checkers. I'm always friendly, sometimes they don't even say hello. The lady I experienced today was really snotty.

I just want to take a moment to recognize Heather, the Fred Meyer cashier, that checked us out today. (About 2:45 PM 12.13.19) This was my first time inside this store, I had received a Re-Grand Opening flyer in the mail and the prices of items were amazing so we went. I've shopped at the Lynnwood location many years back.....Heather was incredibly helpful and cheerful and funny! She double-checked an item that I thought had rung up wrong, and when I asked her if I was missing any coupons, I realized I had the $20 off a purchase of $75 or more bringing my bill way down. It was a great experience and I will now be a regular shopper there. I am tired of Safeway, which is closer but just overcrowded and a lot of times overpriced. Thanks, Heather!!!! I hope you get a raise for the great job you're doing! Merry Christmas.

This Fred Meyer location is really close to my work which makes it perfect to grab what I need before work. That being said, I do go in pretty early and every single time I go in, there is a lady that works and is always stocking the yogurt etc. if looks could kill, I would have been dead a long time ago. I don't know what her deal is, but she looks at me like I pissed in her cheerios. I dunno. Everything is clean and orgiined in this place and you get good deals. The morning cashiers at self check are really great. Always friendly. Dairy girl, smile...and if you happen to see this, stop giving me dirty looks, tell me what the heck I did.

The fuel station worker Isaac was extremely rude and disrespectful!!! He has an extreme power trip and when I asked for a supervisor he acted like he called someone and when I asked a question he fake yawned and ignored me. I was in complete shock with how I was treated and am seriously thinking about never shopping at Fred Meyer anymore.

Fred Myers GAS - the slowest pumps EVER! I've sat for almost an hour with 4 cars in front of me. This is ridiculous....there has to be something you all can do!!! What a waste of time!

We are standing in line currently and we are 6 people deep at the check stand. There are 9 check stands and only 3 open. Only half the self check stands are open. We have already waited 10 minutes and they have made no effort to open more check stands. Don't come here unless you have a long time to wait.

My boyfriend, my boyfriends friend and i just wanted to buy a car freshener and on the way out in the parking lot, one of the cart pushers came up to us and verbally attacked us and started saying all of these horrible cuss words, calling us ugly and wanted to fight my boyfriends friend and told us to wait 10 minutes until he got off his shift to fight on premises. It was a very unpleasant experience for all of us and the only reason i gave this fred meyers one star is because i like that the car freshener i got and it was in stock. Other than that this experience was terrible. And 2 hours later, this employee is messaging us and wanting to fight. It's so sad i loved this Fed meyers and now i can't go.
