We went into the store today. My friend has a few severe food allergies (soy, gluten, that sort of thing) and asked a simple question about ingredients. The person behind the counter, a young blonde man, not only knew nothing about any of the items on sale, he was extremely rude to my friend, as though asking a question was some kind of horrible imposition. A real shame. I will not shop here again. Perhaps you might teach employees what "customer service" means.

Bulk candy for $2.75 a pound! How could you say no? ;)I love the variety of sour candy! I'm a huge enthusiast of sour belts, and they've got 5+ flavors! I also found the sour cola candy delicious. The employee up front was very friendly and told me about other places I should visit while I'm here in Seattle. I appreciated the advice and I definitely recommend this place!

This gets 5 stars for featuring gummy candies I've never tried before, an awesome attendant, and delightfully CHEAP candy. $4 for 1lb?! YES PLEASE. Come on, you pay $1 for 3oz at your typical store. Check it out!!

Wanted to give this place 5 stars because the fudge is delicious!!! But oh boy the staff....so we came inside and there was a sign that said we can try the fudge. So I asked to try some and the young girl working the register barely acknowledged us and had an extremely rude attitude. When I asked how much one bar was she rolled her eyes before responding. We ended up getting the rocky road fudge which was so so delicious. This girl, however, should not be working in customer service. Terrible attitude and not someone customers would want to interact with.

Customer service is lacking. When you walk in there's a young girl sitting at the cash register doing her homework.People literally have to walk in Front of her to get into the store and she hasn't acknowledged anyone. The store is out of a lot of the candy and looks like it's not being well taken care of. They have a small taffy selection, but I did purchase some to bring back home. While checking out the cashier still said nothing to me except tell me my total, no have a good day or thank you.

Great little place to grab some sweets before a cruise on the harbor. We stopped in two weeks ago and I picked up a bag of saltwater taffy. It made the vacation trip lovely and I just finished it up at home. Good selection of sweets and fudge isn't bad. Stop in for a treat or two.Didn't have any trouble with employees. Wanted a smaller piece of fudge and he sold it to me, even though it was the "taster" piece. Nice place.

Salt Water Taffy heaven!!! They have so many variations of flavors. The taffy is super soft and fresh!

Not a huge selection of salt water taffy's but decent.. a little pricey about $9.00 for a pound.. regular candy is about half that and a little bigger of a selection. You think they would have a nice selection of taffy being in the waterfront. Sales clerk was pleasant.
