Frankie's Pizza

Frankie's has great pizza, and I also enjoy their wings. The staff are fast and friendly, and somehow manage to keep up with the high demand on all the busy nights. It's pretty much a takeout or delivery type of spot, so don't plan on looking for tables!

We ran into this spot after a day on the trails. The gentleman who greeted us has great customer services. Just love a place where your greeted with kindness. So many choices to choose from. We got three 8 inch personal pizzas, bread sticks and a salad. When I say we wish we would of gotten a bigger pie. All three taste was fresh and delicious. Recommend to try if ever in the area where there is a location.

Solid pizza place in town. Pick up or delivery only.Ordered the medium size Super Kahuna pizza and it was ready in 20 minutes. Two people can finish the pie if hungry. The pizza was tasty and had plenty of toppings. The dough is on the thicker side and the cheese is pretty mild.

Okay. Sauce is a tad too sweet and the dough a bit too chewy. But I would eat there again.

Food was so delicious!! Pizza was quick and fresh, I would like to give a shout-out to Max Bruce because he helped me out a lot when I had questions!!!

The pizza isn't great, the service isn't good, and they don't follow even the simplest instructions such as "light cheese".It's been getting progressively worse over the years, which is probably why we've continued to buy it for longer than we should have.

This is one of the most inefficient places I have ever seen. In two occasions, we placed a large party order for a scheduled pickup only to show up and be told that they forgot to enter the order or make the pizza. The first time, I thought sure, everyone makes a mistake, so I've given another shot. The second time around I asked to speak to a manager who just decided to blame it on the staff for not doing their job. The buck stops with you. Horrible customer service and I'm definitely not going to waste my time with them anymore. Hopefully we can get some competition in the neighborhood.... Insane

I ordered a vegetarian pizza but initially forgot to request a thin crust. Fortunately, I was able to call and adjust the order. The pizza was of good quality and tasted delicious overall.

Another pizza joint fails. Too bad. Frankies has been a favorite for decades. Recent fast food employees are just pathetic. Orders are ALWAYS fouled up followed by poor customer service. Frankies was LAST place for FOOD in North Bend. All others serve crap and serve it badly. Stay away from North Bend! They have a peththora of extremely incompetitant and uncaring aka Brain dead, FOOD SERVICE "workers." $30 for a pie is absurd. $30 for a pie made badly and incorectly? Memorable. Done with North Bend.

Quite possibly the most incompetent run business around. Good luck getting your order correct. I've called and mgmt was rude and not helpful at all. I feel sorry for the kids working there as their management obviously only cares about $$ and not about their customers. Go somewhere else.
