Quick stop while in Boston. Had an egg/croissant and coffee. It hit the spot on a chilly morning. Was way to cold to sit outside (even though I attempted). If you looking for a quick bite this is the place to go.

Not only the best, but also the most reasonably priced sausage and cheese bagel sandwich in Seaport.

I love the buffalo chicken caesar here. It's crazy how hard it is to find this kind of salad around Boston and the chicken is usually way too dry when you do find it, but FA's does it right. A bit too heavy on parm, croutons, and dressing but you can instruct them as they make the salad. The chicken is very flavorful with a homemade buffalo sauce, nice and moist (although not really crisp), and heated up on the grill before they add it atop your salad. I haven't tried anything other food. I docked off some stars because the service is beyond slow even when there is no line. The salad lady (it's always been this woman from my many experiences here) makes you wait until she has finished some random errand/activity to start making your salad. Seriously, I have waited like 5-10 full minutes until she started making my simple salad. This is in addition to the confusing layout such that you might wait in line for the wrong type of food - there is a specific line for the deli vs. salads vs. bakery. It has an OK selection of groceries, beer, and snacks but expect the prices to be high in bougie Seaport.

Food is fresh and decent, staff not very friendly. Makes you feel as if you're not wanted there and a bother. I enjoyed the coffee but on both occasions but felt I was annoying them by ordering just a plain cup of coffee.

Came here for breakfast, was so perfect. Sandwiches and eggs are freshly made to order. Te pastries are big and delicious. Prices are very reasonable. Would really recommend grabbing your food to go and enjoying at some of the public seating all along the water front for amazing views.

Frank Anthony's is a great place for lunch sandwiches and wonderful fruit smoothies. But they also bake their own cookies and IMO the chocolate chip cookies are the best in Boston, and I've tried pretty much everywhere else.

Went to Franks this afternoon for a mid day salad. I always get the same thing, buffalo caesar salad with romaine. I walk home and shake it and after taking a few bites I look down and see a massive fly in the salad, dead, with legs scattered through the salad. I was immediately sick. Went back to Franks and the cashier, a young woman offered me a refund but barely apologized after I showed her the massive bug, pictured below. My girlfriend got the brie from their refrigerated section and when we got home we opened it and it didn't smell right; It didn't smell right because it was 2 months past expiration. Extremely disappointing. Will be letting my fellow seaporters know to steer clear of franks until they get their act together. So grossed out after this.

I've visited the seaport area many times with family and have been to Frank Anthony's on several occasions. It's great to have a locally- owned non-chain place. It has an authentic Boston ambiance as opposed to a boring, generic feel. The made-on-premises order-to-go items are always satisfying. Their sandwiches, salads and iced coffee are great when visiting the city on a summer day. The store has pretty much any item you might need; which I'm sure is very convenient for the folks living nearby. I love the employees and service; helpful and kind with just enough Boston attitude. Real people committed to having a great store. My family and I will keep going when we head into Boston.

As a regular customer Frank Anthony's is always my go to for breakfast or lunch! Selection is great, food is delicious and the staff is always friendly and inviting. Try the chicken cutlet with roasted peppers and provolone. You won't be disappointed!
