This a fantastic place! Really elegant but relaxed space with great selection of wines, cocktails, and delicious food. The service is warm and friendly and the bartender was attentive knowledgeable. A must go.

Such a beautiful and refreshing atmosphere. Everything is clean and modern. The staff 2-3 staff that I encountered greeted us and served us kindly. Price is pretty high. Portions are enough for sure. Not small. Caesar salad is enough to share. Yum crumbled cheese crisps and yolk dressing so so tasty!Enjoyed the quiche 2x, sliced beef sandwich 2x with ajou, cold chicken, salad, sandwich, French toast at brunch time, and ceaser are all wonderful! The lavender specialty drink is one of my favorite things. I want to learn to make it myself.

Dinner at Francine this evening was fabulous. As someone who has followed Bartender Trevyn across several establishments, I can confidently say he is a true gem in the hospitality industry. Trevyn has a unique talent for making every guest feel welcomed and valued and his comraderie and playfulness with his staff is palpable. Before I even said a word, he placed my favorite mocktail profile in front of me, perfectly tailored to my taste with just the right amount of tartness. From the bartenders to the servers and management, every member of the team tonight exuded warmth, courtesy, and friendliness. The service was impeccable, creating a genuinely inviting atmosphere. Now, let's talk about the food. The food was exceptional! The endive appetizer salad was absolutely to die for, generously portioned with fresh ingredients and a delightful dressing. The Seabass was cooked to perfection, flaky and flavorful. I couldn't resist adding an extra side of French fries, because why not indulge a little? If you haven't been to Francine yet, I highly recommend stopping by. And when you do, make sure to say hello to Trevyn from Elicia. Wherever he and his team are, you can be assured of service with a smile and an unforgettable dining experience.

VIBES: 4/5FOOD: 5/5SERVICE: 4/5VALUE: 3.5/5The Niçoise salad was one of the best salads of my life. I've thought about it on multiple occasions since. The fact that it is almost $40 is a tough pill to swallow. I don't normally spend so much on food. I'm not sure how reasonable that markup is, but I'd pay it again. The ambience is beautiful and well curated--it just feels to me like I have to remember to sit up straight and not touch anything. The coffee was good, I was pleasantly surprised.

I made reservations for two on a Saturday night at 7 pm in the outdoor area.Be prepared to come to a popular destination on the weekends and mentally prepare to take a little bit of time to find parking. You can always valet too, if that's your thing. The outdoor area is nice where you can see all the people arriving. This is definitely a place to see and be seen, so make sure you dress appropriately. Lots of very well dressed people mingling in here. The waiter was excellent and very on point, made great suggestions, and was very good at taking care of people.I had the Fire and Ice cocktail, and it was a fantastic drink! Mezcal, just the way I like it. But at $21 a pop, this is a treat I will have once in awhile! For appetizers, we ordered the goat cheese and scallops, both were tasty and delicious. I tend to like my goat cheese a little less creamy, but that's just my preference. For entrees, we ordered a half rack of lamb and the Chilean sea bass with chermoula sauce. Both dishes were delicious, and the lamb was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. I highly recommend this dish. The fish was good, especially with the chermoula sauce, and the veggies were good, but the dish could have come with a starch option. For dessert, we shared the profiterole. It was divine. Loved every bite!Overall, it was an excellent experience with great ambiance, beautifully well-dressed clientele, stellar wait service, delicious food with great presentation.Definitely come here to impress a date or pamper yourself for a nice evening out. We had a great time catching and definitely would come back!

My friend and I decided to go to Francine. I'm so glad her pick for our dinning experience was such a hit for the both of us. Prior to arriving I looked at the menu and read reviews, i was on the 50/50 being a good or an okay experience. I'm glad our experience at Francine was great considering some consider it own of the best French restaurant in town. For our meals we ordered the whipped goat cheese, wild bay scallops, Chilean sea bass, half rack of lamb and the maxi profiteroles. The whipped goat was so smooth, it threw me for a loop because I'm used goat cheese a little on the chunky side. The wild bay scallops was good, really buttery but it felt like 6 small pieces in the plate. The Chilean sea bass was absolutely delicious. The chermoula dressing really brought it together. I just wish for the price you pay, you get a little bit more for the dish. The lamb we ordered medium well, and it was chefs kiss. Nicely done, juicy and tender. The maxi profiteroles were basically crème puff filled with ice cream. It was definitely hit the spot of wanting something sweet after a great meal. Shout out to our waiter in great recommendations. The whole staff were welcoming, well dressed and were on top on their game. I do recommend any going to Francine to dress really nice. It was like a mini fashion show with all the well dressed people. I'll definitely love to be come back to Francine because I loved the atmosphere. Seating outside, enjoying a lovely meal during spring time is always a great time in my books.

Came here around 2:45 or so today and it wasn't too busy. We had a table near the bar area since those were the only tables available at that time. I guess after brunch, only the bar area is open. The menu is limited too at that time. The only entree was the burger. Everything else was appetizers. Our server and service was great! Really nice guy.Our order: Belvedere soda lime x4 for himJust to Clarify cocktail x3 for me1/2 dozen oystersBurger & fries x2Our drinks were good. I decided to just stick with the same cocktail because I didn't want to mix. The oysters were fresh. Burger was just okayyy for me. Needed a little something still. His was supposed to be medium and mine was supposed to be medium well but I think maybe they gave me his and mine to him. The one that was meant for me actually ended up being overcooked a bit. Total was $224, not including tip yet. Bit pricy for what we got. We didn't like that the menu during this time was super limited so would probably choose a better time to come here for the next visit. I wish we had arrived a little earlier for the brunch menu. I've been here for brunch and dinner before and the items during those times are pretty good here!

Great food, beautiful restaurant but don't be in a hurry. Very slow service as the servers definitely take care of too many tables at one time!! Especially loved the lobster pasta dish!!

If you're looking for an Instagram-worthy place with friendly service, this is the restaurant for you, but unfortunately that's where it ends. I came here with a group of 9 for a bachelorette brunch on Easter, so I expected it to be a bit busy and slow, but it took nearly a hour for us to get our main dishes. My crab cake Benedict was just ok- it lacked seasoning and the eggs were overcooked, but crab cakes were full of crab. The most disappointing dish of the day was the lobster roll. It was 90% bread and had only a few small pieces of lobster. It also came with a sad salad and overly crispy chips. For $40, I expected so much more. The bone marrow pasta was also just ok. I tried a bite of the pancake and egg and again, lacked seasoning. Maybe we came on an off day but I wasn't blown away.
