Fox’s Giant Pizza

Our family's favorite neighborhood pizza stop!We love all of the pizzas here. Often we just get a 16" pepperoni. But if it's my choice, I'll get the white pizza with garlic. They also have all the Italian dishes, sandwiches ( hot and cold), cheescake, sodas, and great service. We always call ahead and are always happy to eat here. The workers are very friendly and the pizza and wings are very good but very disappointed in their sandwiches, the sandwiches are 90% bread and nothing special, you could easily make a better sandwich at home. But if you're looking for pizza or breadsticks with cheese or wings, they're a good spot!

We've lived in Santee for going on 20 years now and have tried pizza from a half dozen places. Somehow, Fox's Giant Pizza alluded us... until today. Last night, we were going for a ride, as one does, and drove by Fox's. My wife said, oh, Fox's pizza, we should try it sometime. So today, I looked them up on the internet and ordered a couple 12" pies and an antipasto salad for later. I know that pineapple on pizza is triggering to some and this is not an argument for or against, just that it is one of the types my wife and I enjoy.We ordered a spicy Hawai'ian and a Veggie pizza, both with extra cheese. The spicy Hawai'ian had jalapenos which gave a pleasant heat to the sweet and savory pie. The crust is tender and a tasty but could be a bit crisper (which may have been due to us arriving about 15 minutes after they were ready, and another 10 minutes to get it home to eat). The sauce is among the best red sauces I have had, not to sweet, not overly herbaceous, just well balanced.The quality of the ingredients shines through in every bite. Nothing tasted thawed, expired, or cheap. If there was one minor critique, there could have been more pineapple on the Hawai'ian. The veggie pizza had freshly sliced tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers along with good California olives and mushrooms. We are saving the antipasto salad for dinner, but I am sure that it will be delicious as well.Service: Ordering, customizing, and paying was fast and easy through the website. We were greeted with a pleasant smile and they were genuinely appreciative of our business. We were in and out in about a minute! In close, pluses: Close, delicious, quality. Minuses: I didn't discover them 20 years ago (have they even been around that long?). We will be back for all of our pizza needs and next time, I think I will try the Philly cheesesteak pizza!

This has easily become our favorite pizza place. I want to order all the time and it is totally worth it. I had them for the first time at a birthday party and I needed to know immediately where it came from so I could also order it. It was within a week I ordered for the first time and now I have been ordering a couple times a month. I have called to order and I never have trouble getting through and placing my order and I have also placed my order online which is also easy. We always do pick up since this isn't too far from us and its easy to do so. Our kids also love to go to pick it up. Our normal order is pizza and mozzarella sticks but we have also ordered salads and pasta meals. Everything is always delicious and even my picky eater destroys pizza from here and that means it's a keeper. What makes them so good to me? They have a great ratio of sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and sausage. The meats are also not salty which is something that I experience a lot. The thing that gets me the most is the garlic crust. So well cooked and flavorful. I am from NY and I have high standards for my pizza and it took me 6 years to find somewhere I would order again from and its here. The inside is very simple. Has a couple of tables and set of chairs so you can eat there or sit while you wait. The staff has always been great on the phone and in person and they are super kind to my toddlers and acknowledge them and their excitement. Overall, I am highly impressed and happy with it here and they will have me as a customer for life.

Ordered their meat lover and buffalo chicken pizza with an order of buffalo wings. The meat lovers pizza was really good. The buffalo chicken pizza was solid however it wasn't as flavorful as I would of hoped it to be. Maybe they need to use more buffalo sauce but I enjoyed it either way. The wings were pretty good in my option. The pizzas are pretty large. Best part about this place is that it's right around the corner from me so out of convenience it's great.

Definitely the best pizza I've had in a while. They are cheap and fast. I had my pizza ready in 13 minutes. I got the white garlic pizza and you can tell it's all quality ingredients. I've had their regular pep pizza and the sauce isn't sweet like some pizza chains.

I want to thank you guys for having my pizzas ready for my grandsons birthday party at the beach today! You went above and beyond to get them ready for me. I appreciate you. And they were so delicious!! I will be back for more!

Pizza was awesome... I'll definitely be coming back for more. I'm hoping they will be a little more generous with the meat in Philly cheese steak next time.

Great pizza, they have never let us down. I only wish they were closer to our house so we didn't have to drive across town! Guys are always so nice!

We ordered pizza from here based on several strong recommendations... and, as we love good pizza, we were willing to drive across town to get it :) We were honestly super disappointed... there wasn't anything specifically wrong with our order, but it definitely wasn't special. It was fine. But we like the $10 pizza from Costco a million times better!! Fox's Giant Pizza was over-priced and overrated, in our opinion :) We'll keep searching!!
