Attentive, friendly and helpful staff. The combination appetizer was delicious. We didn't like the almond fried chicken. We liked the pork soui and pork dumplings. They didn't have a bartender but the server did her best to make the cocktails we asked for.

From the wonton soup to the mei fun and the mushroom beef ...everything tasted delicious, fresh and clean with great ingredients. The beef lumpia was not what I was accustomed to with regards to lumpia but I will definitely be ordering it again when I return. Great service , quiet atmosphere. This was a great dinner

The service is sublime, my food came In much faster that I expected. The waitress's also built rapport while taking my orders. One of my largest pet peeve's is when one sits at a sit down restaurant, and waits a long time to have his drink refilled however, the service met those expectations beautifully. Every 5 minutes I was asked if I wanted a refill. The area is clean as well. The food was good, it was not amazing or something terrific, but it was good. The food tasted clean most importantly. I would give this place five stars if the food was better, don't get me wrong the food is not bad it taste great, but it's not super amazing.

Skagit Valley just does NOT have good Chinese food,Ordered lunch special, and there were SO many toughnoodles, only four shrimp, and this order was Shrimp & Veg,and Vegetable Chow Mein. NO mushrooms mung bean sproutsor crunchy noodles. Lots of bland frozen Asian vegetable stir frymix, not much flavor.Save your time and money, the grocery store Asian delis arebetter, and cheaper!

Suddenly peckish as I drove down I-5, I asked Siri for nearest restaurants. As it happened, Fortune Mandarin was the closest, so I veered off the freeway and walked in. It's very convenient to the freeway. And: it was fantastic! I ordered the cashew chicken with a side of steamed rice, and soon came a heaping helping of fresh, perfectly cooked vegetables and high-quality, well-trimmed chunks of chicken in a light and savory sauce. So good! The restaurant is clean and friendly. There's a bar area that was hopping, but since I was driving I went straight to the dining room, which was calm and welcoming. The menu is extensive and includes a few Filipino items like lumpia. Service was commendably quick, and I was back on the road in a jiffy.Next time on I-5 I won't bother with Siri, because this place will draw me in like a magnet.

Picked up take out. So disappointed.Ordered mushu pork. No pancakes. No plum sauce. What remained was not worth eating.Teriyaki chicken had very little seasoning or sauce. What was there didn't taste very good.Egg rolls taste frozen and the fried rice might have been as well.

Good food and the service has greatly improved from the past. The orange chicken is very good compared to other places. Almond chicken and fried rice are excellent. Chowmein was a little dry is my only complaint. We will definitely return!

Not as good as it used to be. The flavors and textures are different. Veg components, e.g. war wonton soup were chopped smaller, less appealing.
