Zero Latency

We did not get a chance to play the game due to their system being down (coincidentally the people before us got to play) they started us a half hour late and the equipment failed. I asked for a full refund and the cashier refused to give me any documentation that there was going to be a refund issued. I looked on my account today and they charged my card!!! DO NOT go to this location. Scam alert!!
