I just wanted to update my review. I finally got a hold of someone ... and apparently they have been having issues with the call center where they were not getting messages and were deciding on if they were going to switch centers. They gave me their email and online contact information to set up classes in the future ... though if we do we may just go in on a day I know they are open and am in the general area taking my daughter to the museum or zoo. The class we had was the fullest I have seen it before so I'm guessing they are growing. Again the staff at the place is wonderful and willing to work with you ... for me its just a bit out of the way, classes for my daughters age group are not conducive to our schedules, (3:45 Tuesday which is hard for us to get too after work and school & Saturday at 945 which fills up fast) and my daughter gets a little wiggle worm tword the end of class ... so we'll continue just doing classes once every blue moon ... I really wish their cooking school in our area was still open because it was right by my daughters school.

I recently had my child's birthday party at Young Chefs Academy in Fort Worth. POSITIVES: The concept is great and the kitchen/location was very bright, colorful and appealing to my child and to those who attended. While I did not taste, I heard the food they made was good and the cake/cupcakes were fantastic. The children had a decent time.NEGATIVES: While staff was interactive at times, overall, it did not hold the attention of the attendants. Staff was extremely rude(making rude / snide comments) to both children and parents and it did not go by unnoticed. From start to finish,it was unorganized. Party goers were rushed out, and I was rushed to pay. Staff interaction and not being organized can be overlooked, but wasn't due to the poor nature of the chef's interaction with the children.Unfortunately, I will never recommend Young Chefs Academy (Fort Worth) to anyone. The cooking concept is great, but everything could have been handled much differently. At the very least, be nice to the children.

One of the most amazing fun and interactive birthday party places. The kids love making pizza and cupcakes in ice cream cones. The teachers are amazing and so full of energy and knowledge. The summer camps are amazing

This is an amazing place to take your kids for cooking fun! The chefs and employees are the best you will find anywhere around. We had a party and several cooking classes for our daughter and she loved it! I highly recommend you try.

Went here for a 5 year old's birthday party. An interesting concept, where adult "chefs" (aka child sitters/party leaders) take you through cooking something (like pizza) from scratch. The kids did seem entertained, but for a birthday party, it's not exactly festive. They do the cake/song ceremony during the "cooking" session, and then eat it after the kids eat their creations... but not much going on other than learning how to cook, and sitting at a table. This of course leaves the kids a bit restless. The good news is that the party goes by fast with a definitive start and finish, but I wouldn't host a birthday party here for my child because it's just too stale of a classroom/kitchen environment.

This is an excellent facility for young people to learn the essentials of cooking. The staff is helpful, friendly, and go above and beyond what is necessary to ensure all children have a great time, and learn how to cook properly. The facility is clean and well maintained. A fantastic place to hold a party, or to attend their camps and classes.

Went for my 10 year old grandson party. We Had a wonderful experience! The staff kept the kids engaged and when it seem as the kids were getting bored she got their attention fast! They love cooking the pizza and most of all decorating the cupcake! I love the questions she asked the kids about cooking and made sure they understood measuring, how to read a recipe, and kneading dough! She had a great sense of humor which I loved
