Tried this place out for the first time on a Wednesday via Uber eats. Order the food around 6:45 PM. she took a while to arrive didn't get it till 7:50 PM.Yo Spicy Tuna - Flavor is just ok. Not spicy at all - had to add more spice at home. Build Your Own Bowl - Half spring mix, Half Rice, salmon, eel, seaweed salad, bonito flakes, Ponzi sauce, eel sauce. - Very generous with the bonito flakes. They put the sauce on the bottom, which I thought was weird - my rice literally has a division of sauce & plain rice. Stingy on the red onions. Fish quality of the salmon was decent. Eel quality was decent. Overall, pretty disappointed that there weren't more add-ons available like tobiko or pickled ginger. Nothing was bad, but nothing was good either. Would not recommend. Don't think I'd try again... maybe in a few years.
