Wok It

Am I blown away by Wok It? No. Is it a decent place to get your Chinese food cravings out of the way after you've had a few? Sure.One thing I will say is that their Combo fried rice is pretty good. Beef, shrimp and chicken are the "combo" in the title in this case, and the meat is cooked well.Almond chicken - I did think tossing the chicken with thin shaved slices of almonds in a wok is a good idea, but there was just way too much zucchini for my liking, chicken was a bit anemic.Mongolian beef is one of my favorites in the cuisine, and while this one was better than the chicken in terms of flavor, the cooking was a bit inconsistent as there wasn't the even, thin strips of steak that you usually expect in the dish and was rather cut in different shapes, some being too small.

Didn't check Yelp first and was expecting something more upscale and trendy. Really mall food court type Chinese food.

Ordered lunch through Uber eats, and I did the pick-up because I needed to stop by Walgreens in the same plaza. I ordered fried dumplings, Szechuan beef and Szechuan shrimp. I am from China, and I don't think there is any Szechuan element in those two dishes. They should put more spicy and pepper if they really would like to add "Szechuan" in the title. By the way, the steamed rice was better than my expectation. The overall taste was fine, if we consider the price for each dish was just less than 10 bucks. Flavor 3/5Service 4/5Fresh 3/5

I decided to give this place a try for a quick bite on Saturday. It's divey, but that's okay. I ordered the Tofu Delight with Fried Rice and veggie spring rolls. My meal was hot, full of fresh broccoli, zucchini, etc. and the tofu was fried just right. The fried veggie rolls were good. I mean, this isn't 5-Star dining and it doesn't pretend to be, either. I paid about $9.50 for everything and it was honestly enough to feed 2 people. Don't understand the bad reviews as my experience was A-ok.

I see a whole lot of bad reviews but I didn't think this place was bad for what you pay for. I got the honey basil fried rice, extra spicy, and it was really good! The chicken was a little dry but overall the flavor was great. And the quantity was crazy! My order was to go and that box was PACKED.My friend for the sesame chicken to go, and again the chicken was a little dry, but the sauce and the veggies in the dish were yum. I found myself craving it again after we ate it. This place hits the spot if you're ever craving bad-for-you Chinese food

Tried this restaurant out for the first time today. We got Mandarin beef, Beef lo mein, and chicken and dumplings. The fried rice that I got with the Mandarin beef was extremely salty. It was to the point where he was not edible. The beef in the lo mein was very salty as well. I definitely don't plan on coming back. At least we tried it.

It was a delivery order through GrabHub. Decided to order based on good reviews on GrabHub...One of the few times I was disappointed with Chinese food. First of all, the delivery was quick and the whole order was processed very quickly. However, that was the only good experience with Wok It. Ordered Mongolian beef, the meat wasn't tender as it should be for this dish. It was rather hard. The quantity wasn't "happy" either. No scallions, just onions. Not spicy at all, not even black pepper as traditional Mongolian beef should have. The steamed rice was hard and looked like it was made a few days ago! Also ordered egg drop soup, which was absolutely flavorless...Make your own conclusions, I won't order again. Totally not worth $22 that I paid (delivery fee and tips included).

I wish I would have read the reviews before I tried this place. I, too, would give ZERO stars if I could.I walked into an empty restaurant and placed a to-go order for vegetable fried rice. Received it quickly and everything was fine until I got home. The initial smell upon opening was weird, sour and off-putting. They did pack a lot of food into the carton but too bad it's inedible. The vegetables are raw and it's overall disgusting and the worst dish I've had in many, many years. I called to tell them and they said they were "sorry" and that was that. Complete waste of time and money. Beware - don't let the same thing happen to you!

They had the Best pineapple rice !!! Wonderful for the price. They have since closed. So sad

This has always been one of my favorite places for the past 5 years and that's not changing. The wait time is short and the food is always fresh.
