Excellent find. Make sure to call for access. But we will make this a regular spot. Breakfast all day

I can't remember a time that I've gone to a restaurant and felt like I was bothering the wait staff by being there. But today was the first! My husband, child, and I took a seat outside to watch the planes land while we ate. The first server to take our drink order seemed annoyed with our mere presence. Another younger, female server brought us our drinks and took our order. She was mild mannered, but extremely inattentive. We had to help ourselves to condiments and things nearby since asking for anything seemed bothersome.The food was okay, but incredibly overpriced. Most breakfast items on the menu were $12-$16 and made you choose between a bread item and breakfast potatoes. I ordered the chorizo skillet and requested a side of flour tortillas and received 3 small ones for $2.50. The kicker, however, was the kids beverage was $3.49 and not included with the meal. When I asked about it I was told it is because it is refillable. Not sure we will be returning to spend over $50 for subpar service and unremarkable food.

Food was not bad. The meatloaf was tough and dry. Kids liked the pancakes. Chicken was super heavy breaded with the waffles. Great scenery with the small aircraft taking off and landing. It's worth a try if you're out that way.

really don't give out 5 stars all too often, but this little place definitely deserves it. I found this place from a local instagram page, and i'm glad we ventured out here to check it out. This place is located next to an airstrip, towards the end when you enter into the gate. It's so cool to see planes take off and land while you enjoy a meal.We didn't go inside at all, and chose to sit outside. One suggestion for management of this place is to place fly traps outside, since there were a few flying around. We ended up getting the southern skillet and the hangar queen omelet.Both were extremely tasty and enough food to keep us full.The omelete comes with a small side and we opted to go with grits. Service was great, they came by to check in if we needed anything and were extremely friendly. PS: when you get to the gate, call the number listed to get the gate code. When you leave, it's automatic.

People always ask me, "Oh John, what you like travel in?" Well, I like car. I like train. I even like boat, especially in water. But most of the all, I like plane. And what my favorite part of plane? The airport! So when Elroy (my friend) say to me, "Oh John, lets go eat at airport" I knew it wood be good time! But this place not like any airport I go to. First of the all, where security line? Where Hudson "News"? Where speaker in the sky making announce-ments? Elroy answer all question I have. Christine (Elroy wife) say nothing. Well, it like they say: birds with feathers flock together!We sit down at "Wing It" cafe and let the fun begin. Good menu. Plenty of food if you know what I mean-- with 3 or 4 things to order, may be even more! Fork and spoon looked fresh-ly cleaned. And let me just say it, they definitely have napkins. But best part of Wing It Cafe? The signs! There one that say "Do'nt Feed or Pet Plane." I ask Elroy, "Oh Elroy, what that mean?" And when he say, "its joke" I laugh for 27 minute straight! Christine say nothing. It really was good time! I get wings since it "Wing It" Cafe. We watch planes from the "patio." After-wards, I turn to Elroy and say "Oh Elroy, when do we get on plane?" He laugh and laugh. "No, John, now we leave." I wish "Wing It" Cafe would give us plane to go on! But it still good place. Just dont expect to eat in the air.

Love it here for a weekend breakfast place to enjoy. Such a pleasant atmosphere staff is super friendly . Great outside patio even on a warm summer morning it was still cool under the shade very comfortable.Food was absolutely delicious French Toast was amazing. Watching the planes fly in and out the whole time is a real joy .Such a unique experience unlike any other place Ive been too. We will most definitely be back soon

This is a great place to eat. It is located in Hicks Field in Ft. Worth so as you eat, you can watch small planes come and go. Fun for the whole family.The food is excellent, and reasonably priced. They are only open Thurs to Sunday till 2 pm, but they offer breakfst and lunch all day.We had the hamburger platter and an omelette, and they were both excellent. The french fries are fresh cut and very long and delicious.Becca Y was our server, and she did a great job. The food came out hot and fast.Great place to check out, and interesting sights as you drive to the restaurant past all the plane hangars. Check it out!

What a fun spot on the runway! We stopped by on a Saturday morning just before 9am. I'm glad we did because it started to get busy right after we got there! The cafe is located literally on the runway and we got to see planes landing and taking off while eating. Our service was prompt and friendly and the food was surprisingly good! Get the pancake. It was the star of the show. I'm still dreaming about it.

Great place. The food and atmosphere are excellent. Harley recommended. The service was great. Can't wait to go back!!

Management needs to train their wait staff better or get training itself. Table was still dirty after a quick clean. As in a previous persons review I felt rushed and bothering the wait staff. Sausage was over cooked. Good: Blueberry pancakes were great. Bacon cooked perfect. Coffee really good - could use better quality French vanilla creamer. Great ambiance. Prices a little high but not crazy.
