Willow Creek Wedding & Event Venue

Such a beautiful venue so clean so peaceful wonderful people that work there. I highly recommend this place for a party and the kitchen was just perfect for our catering business.

This venue is the best. Willow Creek is a gorgeous venue that has everything you need- a great contingency plan for rain or shine during your ceremony, a great list of preferred vendors, a nice layout that makes logistics easy for wedding planners, and beautiful decor! The good:My wife and I got married here. The venue is beautiful, especially at sunset. It's been maintained very well from the inside too.The bad and the ugly:After the wedding though is where we had a very different experience. First, we were shocked by the exorbitant late fees that we were charged by the venue. We were supposed to be done by 1AM but due to how slow the wedding coordinator (assigned by the venue) was, our noted time of check out was 1:17. For being 17 minutes late which wasn't even our fault we got charged $200 in "late fee". Then we found out that we got charged $100 for something the venue called "excessive cleaning" which wasn't even noted on the check out paper that was turned in at 1:17. So the venue charged us these outrageous fees for things that weren't even our fault. To us it feels like they wanted to squeeze extra money out of a newly married couple. Due to this bad experience I DO NOT recommend Willow Creek as your future wedding venue. The whole experience post wedding that we received from the venue was unprofessional, unfriendly, unfair, and borderline unethical.

I was invited by one of my best friends to his cousins' wedding and we had a blast!food was great and the music perfect, the staff even better the venue is super nice. They have a cigar roller from DFW cigar roller during the wedding and it was so unique! they were hand rolling cigars there and lighting up cigars for the guys, it was such a cool thing to watch someone rolling cigars! everybody was speechless. The cigar roller for the wedding was Cuban and he had a cute girl cutting and lighting up the cigars for the people at the party, I had never smoked cigars but just watching it was amazing so I light up one and love it!

This place is absolutely gorgeous! It was the perfect setting for my daughter and son-in-law's wedding! I was in awe of all the personality that this venue had to offer and I had the best time celebrating such a momentous day!

Overall, a terrific experience from start to finish. There were multiple people who I corresponded with over the course of a year to plan the best day of my life. Bailey Lee the Director of Events was exceptionally helpful as she was always happy to answer any questions I had. The staff including Brianna and Brittney were very punctual, patient and incredibly helpful with all the planning. The day of, someone was there with me to navigate the day and make sure everything ran smoothly. I really appreciated too, the flexibility and selections they had to choose from for table linens, decor etc. The venue provided me with a floor plan with table setting and other element placing, and were accepting of my edits / red lining of any changes I wanted to make. They were always sending me detailed documents of the venue plans.They had a lot of partnerships with people to help make the ease of finding other vendors. This was a big help as it was more convenient to work with others who were familiar with the location.The venue itself is exceptional. All my guests said it was one of the best weddings they had been to because the whole area is just naturally stunning. Very open concept and bright all over. There were tons of opportunity for photos in various locations across the venue. From natural scenery, to a porch swing, trees, bridge, gazebo etc. There were also butterflies everywhere, so they were obviously attracted to the foliage outside which made it even more magically.The only things I will say in contrast is I had a fright with some of my things being misplaced that I had requested such as easels, some of my rentals and the fireplace was supposed to be lit as requested. The items were eventually found and brought to me before it was too late. The fireplace was never lit but it was still beautiful regardless. And I reminded the staff to bring out the easels which they happily did so. I also mentioned multiple times that the lights in the reception were supposed to be purple and they assured me that it wasn't going to be blue even though the papers they sent me said, "blue." I told them to revise this and they said it would be purple, well the day of it was still blue which luckily still worked with my color anyways.I had also originally been told when I booked the venue that there was a projector to display photos and had originally planned to have a slideshow until I found out much later that there were renovations and the projector could no longer be used. I was a little upset by this as they did not plan to have a projector screen available to maintain this option and instead got rid of it all together. But that is a minor detail that didn't effect our experience too much.All that aside, great job to everyone, thank you for making my day special and beautiful. Myself as well as everyone who came will remember that day as being just as perfect as I wanted it to be. Thank you!

We received pricing and availability information via email less than a week ago. We were excited to make our decision and book this venue for a wedding, but when we called to book, they refused to honor the price. Not only did they quote us a higher price, but they raised it 42%. Your word is important. This is extremely unprofessional, IMO. It's good we found out what their trustworthiness was BEFORE we gave them money.

As a wedding officiant for five years in the business, I can say that I absolutely loved this wedding venue. The owners are amazing. Alisha the Event Coordinator, was even better! Alisha helped us in every aspect. She treated us like we were family. You want a stress free wedding? Go here! All of the staff was friendly, professional and courteous. The wedding venue is absolutely breathe taking. Thanks Willow Creek staff and owners for making my Godson's wedding amazing and perfect!

Best wedding venue we found! The grounds are beautiful and the staff is wonderfully helpful. You will not regret having your wedding here.
