This is my Friday night stop! The restaurant in Alvord has the food truck cooking outside! You can pick it up to go, or you can sit inside!Everyone is super friendly, and helpful!Protip: Get the Catfish platter, and add more catfish (only)! Whoo hoo!!

This place is amazing. Awesome southern hospitality. The place is super clean. They have their food truck outside. Been there twice. Great service. They serve different foods on different days.

This is a food truck that also sets up at events. Awesome BBQ. I like their BBQ sandwiches.

I could smell it across the parking lot as we drove in! Heaven! As we walked across RiverStar's parking lot.. that aroma drew us like bees to honey. Waited in line about 30mins. OMG! Would've waited an hour happily! This is HANDS DOWN the BEST BBQ sandwich my husband and I have ever had the pleasure of eating! It's even better then my own-and I rarely say that! Do yourself a favor-if you get the chance-get you one!

The brisket parfait is amazing. He added spicy hot sauce to mine as it was delicious! You must hubby down this good truck and try one, did I say amazing?!

This place is amazing. I moved out of town and still EVERY TIME i come home for a visit, i have to have a BBQ parfait. They are absolutely awesome. The white bbq sauce is so good and the service is friendly. Literally want them to cater my wedding if i ever get married

My bbq brisket nachos are ALWAYS FANTASTIC! Hot, fresh, and delicious every time. And the owners are always very nice, and people friendly.

The Willett's make amazing barbecue. We love everything we have tried. My favorite is the chicken salad and turkey salad. They also have amazing smoked meatloaf. If you haven't tried it yet, you are missing out! What are you waiting for? Stop by Lowes grocery store in Alvord on Tuesday 12:00 pm- 6:00 pm.

Where do I even begin with this place!? I'm not sure which is better if it's the BBQ or the personality of the two wonderful people who work here! You will walk up a stranger and leave a friend! Big smiles and even bigger flavor is a guarantee when it comes to Willett BBQ! My favorite things here are probably the BBQ parfait or the ribs! Man... those ribs are amazing but what tops them right off is the white barbecue sauce that they make themselves... I know, I know white BBQ sauce!? It had me wondering too at first but now that I've tried it I put that s#!t on everything!! (Sorry franks) the parfait doesn't look like much food when you first see it, but man it's packed full of both food and flavor! I know my review sounds a tad over board but I promise you once you try this BBQ you will want to write a review like mine! One thing that really stands out to me is the clean work environment, with most food trucks you question (is that a chip or a bug!? Why did that sandwich just move? Why was there a crunch in my sandwich!?) but not here! No sir! It's clean, smells good, very reasonable prices, and it's made right in front of you right when you order it! You will leave with a full belly, a still full wallet, and a smile on your face! I am a very reoccurring customer here at Willett BBQ! I just can't get enough of the owners and their food! Y'all go on by and try it! You'll be glad you did!
