5 stars for the George Lopez comedy show he was way funnier than I expected him to be. Two stars for the event space. It's tight and cramped in there and we spent almost an hour waiting outside in the cold for the next show to start. There's no other exits so the 8pm crowd had to exit the same doors as the 10 pm was entering. The seats are confusing has hell not just for us but for everyone in the building. I would not want to come here for another event unless it's someone I would really want to see.

We came to the Steve Trevino show(FANTASTIC 5 !) The staff were beyond incapable. No one had scanners that worked, the woman in charge was overwhelmed. Not a single person that was helping people find their seats had a clue where any sections were. It was like EVERYONE was on their first day on the job. There was one guy that somewhat knew what he was doing and he too was a bit overwhelmed. I will never go to another event at this location. Also, they have gone cashless. I really could go on and on but, I think you get the gist.

It's a good venue but certain areas need to be updated and certain areas already have been. A great place for an equestrian event.

This has got to be the WORST venue I've ever visited. First visit and will be my last visit. I've never experienced such a disorganized, inefficient management for parking for an event in my entire life of going to venues for events. I was there for a final fantasy concert on Saturday, November 12, 2022 that started at 7:30 pm. We arrived at 7:00 pm and there was a long line that was not moving. We didn't know what was going on. We saw a person who looks like he works there that night and asked him if this was the line for the ff concert. He said yes. 2 cars skipped is while we stopped and asked him. Anyway, we were basically in line to pay for parking for about 35 minutes. It seems like the card processing machine was taking a very long time to process. Once we got in the parking lot, there was no sign or directions of where to go..we circled around the outside parking lot and it was already full. Luckily we saw another employee who happened to walked pass our car and said to go to the garage...anyway we found parking in the garage and got into the concert at 7:47 pm. Thank God they were playing the star spangled banner and didn't start the concert yet since they were told the parking issues...on top of that, the conductor tripped and almost fell off the podium because the stand for him was so small!!! That could've been a lawsuit right there. By the way, the auditorium had lights that were not working as seen in the picture. I would not come back to this terribly managed parking venue. usually there is traffic when an event ends, not when it's a whole hour before it begins.

Went for symphony. Seats are incredibly small, even for a tiny woman. U have no room and it's extremely claustrophobic, I had to leave before intermission and sit on the stairs. It was insanely hot, and parking was a nightmare. Worst theater experience ever.

This review is specifically for the Will Rogers Auditorium part of the venue. First impression was mixed: Signage at the venue could be better. We circled for some time before parking and hoping we were in the right place. Everything but our tickets said Will Rogers Memorial Center rather than Auditorium. There were plenty of ticket booths to pick up will call tickets, but only two security lines to get inside. The concessions and bars were well staffed, so lines were short. Seats were dated, but comfortable. What dropped the venue from an average review to a poor one was the event security. During the concert, in the "pit" section, a person next to me sat their child on the stage and the child remained there for half the show. I asked after some time for them to take their child down as I am short and they were obstructing my view and others', but they did not despite repeated requests. The child was herself trying to climb down, but the parent made them stay up there, next to a speaker! Security should have handled the matter, but did not. This was a safety risk and poor management. The concert itself was great until the above.

My visit is pertaining to the Fort Worth College Night:It was overall a pretty decent place to hold such an event. We were in the Amon Carter event space and it was large enough to hold this particular event. I didn't get a chance to check out any of the restrooms but inside and surrounding the facility was clean and well lit. I didn't like the fact that we had to pay $10 to park. Matter-of-fact I would like to start a whole rant about having to pay to park my own vehicle when there isn't anyone out actively patrolling the lot that I could see, but I will save that for another post.

I've been attending/riding the NAPHA National Horse Show here for as long as I can remember. The arena is COLD, but the facility is usually clean and the barns are nice. Even the concession food is pretty good.

We came here to watch the APHA world show. Parking was easy, the facility was well-maintained, and the hamburgers we had from concessions were great. I wish this was the location for the NFR this year.

This review is for Will Rogers Auditorium. We saved up to get good seats for the Alice Cooper/Ace Frehley show last night (10/20/21). I was so excited to see how close we were (first few rows and on the aisle).I think my seat ended up being one of the worst in the place, as people from behind came down to the front and spent the entire concert drunkenly waving their cell phones around, standing on empty seats in front of us, completely filling the aisle (I couldn't get out to go to the restroom), pushing and shoving those of us who paid a lot more for our seats. I wasn't able to see the stage at all, and most of my time was spent trying to avoid elbows, cell phones, and drinks being spilled. I've never been to a venue that allowed this. It ended up being the worst concert experience I've ever had, and we will not be back. Thank you for ruining an expensive and much anticipated event.
