Wildhorse was great overall. The staff was kind and welcoming. The food at the grill was excellent and the service was fantastic! We played a round of golf and it was a wonderful. Will be back for another visit.

The course is in decent shape for being the winter. Players are fixing divots, and not a muddy mess. With cooler temps though, expect frost delays when setting tee times. I look forward to playing here In the spring and summer months.

Nice course, but prepare to be hounded by the Marshall. It's a retirement community, which means many residents play the course regularly. If you're not familiar with the course, said residents will complain about the pace of play. It really takes the fun out of playing when you're constantly being hounded. Especially, when they refuse offers to play through. You also have to pay for a cart. There are plenty of nice, well priced courses nearby that include the cart in the green fees.

Overview of courseResidential community course but homes do not get in the way of play. Almost all the greens are well protected by water or bunkers. Water and very clean restrooms on course as well Pro ShopWell appointed with a good selection of basic needs, balls hats etc. Staff was very professional and courteous. Carts are clean and well maintained Practice areaExcellent. Balls are not flight restricted and in very good shape. Practice tees are in good condition and the range is long enough to let to wallop the driver. A very nice chipping and pitching area with a greenside bunker is great to get you ready for your round. Practice you will not regret it The putting green is in excellent shape and very challenging. Get some work in here ; trust me you will need it Front Nine The first hole is a nice way to get started. Trouble is at about 230 but straight. From 2 on it gets challenging. The greens are large and can be very fast. The practice you did on the putting game will help... you did practice , right ? The putting is tough on this course. By the end of the front nine your game has been challenged and if your like me a couple balls went swimming. The back nine The back nine is easier. More open and it's mostly a tactical nine. Play for position not distance to avoid hazards. A few of the holes long bombers can get some strokes back. The final hole is a fun up hill to the Wildhorse Grill at the top of the hill. A nice way to end the round Amenities The grill is very nice the food is good the prices reasonable. The wait staff is attentive and prompt. The 19th hole is a fun atmosphere and they often have live music if you have a late afternoon round to enjoy as well.

Superb conditions all the way around. Don't be intimidated by the idea that it's a country club. They are open to the public for play and were super friendly. The clubhouse sits at the top of a hill overlooking the 18th hole and the surrounding area. Other than that though, there's not much scenery to take in as the course winds through a neighborhood. If you can get past that, then you'll come to appreciate the standard of conditions. Don't forget to go check out our video review of this course posted to our YouTube channel by the same name. Played over the weekend 7/14/2024. Started off, very friendly pro shop, went extra step telling me about the course and gave me a book detailing every hole. Course was in terrific shape from tee to green. Greens are pure.

My mom plays golf she's from out the country with a cap of 24 . I initially called to take her out due to Mother's Day . I talked to Amy , I asked her kindly if you need an appointment for tee times or which times are available and prices. She stated you need an appointment . Okay are you available at three . NO . There was a long pause . Okay Amy what times do you have available and the price . Still silence . "Well it depends on when you play " . I've asked her several times for availability and rates. I was so insulted by the giggle of you must not be from around here I went to my next question and said . Okay Amy what's your highest rate ? She stated $77 for one person . I said thanks and have a nice day. Horrible customer service
