Food was pricy but you get what you pay for and we got far more in quality, service and ambiance than we paid for. We will be going back and we are all looking forward to it. Thanks for the quality of food and friendliness of staff that was shown to us on our first time visit. As I said, we will be back!

I was staying at the Sinclair and decided to try it out for an early, Saturday morning breakfast. The restaurant opened around 6:30am and I arrived around 6:45am - so it was only me and probably a one or two others who were staying at the hotel. Decided to sit at the bar - staff was friendly even at the early hours. I know from reviews it has another level, but I only saw the lobby level and it gave a cleana and relaxed vibe. It was recommended that I try the breakfast tacos - and the recommendation was right on! Three tacos with well seasoned, juicy meat and an added avocado was just right for me. Wasnt super pricey.Will try again for dinner, but overall I enjoyed it.

I'm sure their food is great from the other reviews. But, I did not eat here because it was freezing cold upstairs, and after being told that the downstairs was open, I went down, took a seat at the bar. Then the girl at the bar told me it was closed at 3 o'clock in the afternoon.I simply got up and left. I wasn't looking for an outside seating, which is what the upstairs amount to when it's 28° outside and it's freezing inside. Sorry, I'm not gonna sit with my teeth chattering while I eat, so I just left

Finally tried this restaurant for the first time based on the great reviews. I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, we came for lunch, and while the service was great, the food didn't quite hit the mark. The staff was super friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the vibe. I went with the GRILLED CHICKEN PAILLARD, which is noted in the menu as grilled chicken, roasted cauliflower, microgreens, and parmesan. See the picture I attached. It was literally cauliflower with chicken.. I went with the revision. It arrived lukewarm with a flavor profile that was pretty underwhelming, but the popovers compensated. They are delicious so I pretty much ate just those. My husband ordered the prime rib sandwich, which came with completely cold fries. The fries we did send back for at least warm ones. I can eat cold chicken but not fries. The prime rib sandwich was just okay. Would not recommend that. I did order the Sinclair, which is similar to an Aperol spritz, and that was great.Lastly. I didn't notice until we were leaving that they overcharged me for my meal by $10. It very well could have been a system error, so I had to get that corrected by the hostess after we already paid the bill. So make sure to check your bill with the menu listed prices. It was not the best experience, and I may one day check it out for dinner since the reviews are raving for that but won't be back for lunch.

We did a triple date here. The dining room is dimly lit and its the perfect setting for a date night. We received complimentary champagne from the bar which was a wonderful touch.Our server was highly knowledgeable on the cocktail and drink menu as well as the cuts for the evening. Everyone's steak was cooked to perfection! We left full and a little buzzed. Would return for a group dinner or date night!

Wicked Butcher has a great vibe, more modern not the classic super dark old steakhouse interior but welcoming and good for large groups or smaller intimate gatherings. I'll start with the food. Overall it's a solid 4* because the dry aged beef quality and the dessert were top notch. I had to knock an entire star off because the first steak I got (pictured) was very clearly closer to medium well than medium rare. For a steak place in DFW you HAVE TO nail the temps and crust. I will give it to them though, the waiter recognized it when I called his attention and they got another ribeye out to me. The next one was closer to rare but I didn't send that one back because for me a bit more underdone is better than overdone. The flavor was great. Service was good. Prompt. The manager came out with the new steak. While it wasn't truly a spot on medium rare (center was a bit cool) I thought they were professional. Dessert was fantastic. Great depth of flavor in the chocolate. I'd recommend if you're in Ft Worth and aren't able to get to Grapevine or Dallas Proper but wouldn't go out of my way. My advice: Get your sear down, temps for your steaks and you would legit have a contender against the stop DFW brass.

This meal was the best I've had all year.Every aspect of our dining experience at the Wicked Butcher was perfect, making it a fantastic way to celebrate. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a top-notch steakhouse experience!

I'm still thinking about this meal after several months. This was probably the best dining experience I've had in my life. We came for a surprise birthday dinner before catching a show downtown. The service was immaculate. Both the server and the manager came by several times to make sure we were taken care of. The food was impeccable. We were given free champagne, popovers, bread, arancini, and a birthday cake - all were amazing. Both of our meals were to die for. Absolutely making this our new special occasion spot.

I was in town for work and we decided to try this spot. The service was fast and friendly. The complimentary bread was delicious. We also shared oysters which were also very good. For my entree, I had the bone in filet which was fantastic. My favorite side dish was the spinach, and the brussel sprouts were good as well. There was a great cocktail list too. Definitely a great spot.

Good service as our waitress had a great attitude and continued to check in on us.It is located in a nice Marriott hotel so the ambiance was nice so it's a good place to hang out.Unfortunately the food was disappointing. Ordered the hamachi crudo as an appetizer but it did not taste fresh. Ordered the ribeye as the entree but was disappointed in the steak as it did not have a crust and tasted a bit gamey. I would rate the food 2/5, service 5/5 and ambiance 5/5.
