My kids love We Rock the Spectrum Dallas. This gym has a been a safe place for both my autistic and neurotypical kids to play together!

It was good for kids to play. However, they let older kids who are also inappropriately rough with the toddlers, into the baby/toddler area. The parents didn't seem to watch their kids here and nor did the staff. But my daughter still had a good time.Honestly would probably recommend cheeky monkey over this place.

Took my son ( autistic ) for the first time due to good reviews. When we got there the young men assumed that we had a membership. No greeting just " what's the name"? I then told him. It was our first time there. I would recommend hiring someone that would be happy to be there. Pay them a little more to put a smile on their face after all they are working with children all day. We were in there for a Max of five minutes and not even questioned if everything was okay or if we would like a refund.

Do not leave your child here. I signed my almost 4yo up for an afternoon camp a few weeks ago. We were told that they'd be checking ID's to pickup your child. On Monday, they didn't. Ok, day 1, and they're getting in the swing of things. On Tuesday, I come to get my child and find her almost asleep against a tire toy. I go into the play area and grab her- there's no WRS employee remotely concerned or around her. She's very dehydrated. I take her from the play area and leave. Once again, no ID's were checked. I could've been some random person from the street. I have contacted WRS almost a dozen times to resolve this issue and get our money back. They are not concerned in the least. It wasn't until, after 6x contacting them, I stated that I was going to contact Tx health and human services and write a review. So, for the safety of your child, do not leave them here.

Took my youngest (4) here a couple of months ago and we LOVED it! The price was great and he had so much fun! We loved the rock wall, all the different types of swings, the sensory room with the dim lighting, bubble tube, and the comfy chairs was my favorite place, it definitely gave me some inspiration for my own kiddos calm down area! My son LOVED the zip line, he probably did it 100 times in a row a very neat place for ALL children! Will definitely be back!

There's an arts-n-crafts room where one wall/window is for painting. You would think that the paints are meant to wash off, considering that clothed toddlers are meant to play with them. Nope. Washed the clothing (even pre-treating with a stain remover spray) and it's not coming out. You would think this place knows that young children are messy. When I first saw the paints I thought of checking with the receptionist first, but I thought, "no way they could possibly be providing paints which stain clothing at a place like this."Honestly, you have to be joking...

I never, I mean NEVER leave reviews. But this is warranted.Unfortunately, same as Laura G below. Drove over an hour for open play to meet a friend. We BOTH checked Facebook as their website states and they say open Sunday morning. I get there and it's a bunch of high school girls asking if I'm there for the birthday party. I say, "No, I literally checked Facebook and they go, 'Oh yeah, the birthday party we have decided to upgrade so I just deleted the Facebook post (after 10AM on Sunday). Try the Plano location." Um, my kids are crying on the floor and we drove an hour, no I won't be getting them back in the car for another 30 minute drive. Keep in mind my kids are pretty adaptable. Anyone running a facility marketed toward kids with autism spectrum disorder would know these complete last minute changes would be very upsetting. We had friends and were considering hosting an upcoming birthday here. We won't be doing that.

if I could give a negative star I would. Beyond frustrated with this place. Was told last week that they post their hours on Instagram so I checked before arriving and it said "open play on January 19 9am-6pm" however they were closed for an event. that information was not posted anywhere. Two weeks in a row this has happened. Do not ever try to come here on a Sunday. Their website and Instagram ate false advertising

Unfortunately we have had the same experience as Elisha, twice. We signed up for 4 weeks of camp but had a change of plans and needed to cancel a week. No refund, which is in the contract when you sign up for camps so I get it. We decided to use the credit towards a birthday party. This is where WRTS really needs to improve. There is no system that shows credits, at least not to anyone but the owner. Emails are never returned by the owner, calls are never called back regarding anything financial. I had to physically go up there any time I tried to get information on our credit, they were keeping track of things with sticky notes. The staff is great and super sweet and playful with the kids, but have no way of helping a parent with anything but drop off unless the owner is physically at the establishment. I did get heated after going up there 4 times and still no answers to my questions after emailing, calling, and them telling me she will call me back. We finally got things done when they got ahold of her on the phone. When the party was over we were contacted after we left for not paying. I reminded them about a credit and if they can show me where I didn't pay and they did not follow up.I do not believe this place is a scam, we really enjoy it, but the owners have many ventures and I feel stretched thin. This idea is great, we love open play and again the staff is wonderful. Each location needs a business manager outside of the owners to make sure things run properly and funds are tracked. We will never do another party again, also make sure you will be at camp, and if you have to cancel track your credits yourself, there is no way for the young staff to help you.

Terrible experience. I signed our son up for camp for several weeks this summer- $1,500 in total. When I called as we were getting closer to his first camp, I asked them questions about general schedule, lunches, ages of kids that attend, etc. They explained that most of the kids that attended camp were ages 3-7. Our son is 10, so at that time I asked if we could cancel the camps, as this would not be a good fit for him. They said that I would have to "sell the camp to someone else" and they refused to offer a refund, for any of the weeks I signed him up for. No where does it say that once camps are purchased, the sale is final. The manager never calls you back, and the people that work there are very young and unable to help in any way.
