Vito's Pizza & Pasta

Food is unforgettable!!We had tacos, pizza and wings. Customer service is spot on, plus the fact that you can bring your own beer.I'll definitely be back on my next trip to Dallas!!

This pizza is similar to the pizza you might find in a mall food court, relatively thin crust, covered in cheese, a bit of grease to it. We ordered a small added pepperoni to it for $15.50. The portion size was decent for a small and was split between two people as a meal. Ordering online was an easy and quick process! Asked for a size of ranch and it was a good size, obviously homemade. We enjoyed it! The interior was nice inside, good atmosphere. I'm a bit of a pizza snob and usually only give a good review on pizza that is very obviously artisan, wood fired, and unique. ALTHOUGH, I enjoyed this one! I was too hungry and didn't get a good photo of it.

Ordered for a team lunch. Ordered salad with no meat it had meat on it. Ordered pasta with sauce on the side and sauce was on it. Sauces were not packaged well spilled all over bags Called to share my concern. The person answered my call was apologetic but did not offer to fix my concerns. Food tasted good but areas of opportunity to improve customer experience

I had my lunch delivered to work via Foodsby yesterday and I was so highly disappointed with all of it. I ordered the penne pasta with meatballs. The pasta was not penne. It looked like macaroni noodles from boxed Mac and cheese. It has very little marinara sauce on top- almost like they didn't care, we're rushing and just threw something together. It had more cheese than it had sauce. The meatballs almost made me sick. It didn't taste or look like ground beef. It looked like some frozen garbage. I threw it away wasted $15, which I would like back. Horrible. I ordered from Di Leo Pizza but it's actually Vito's? Also a bit of a turn off. Never again

Great food and friendly service. The calzone is definitely TEXAS sized. We all enjoyed our dishesChicken AlfredoChicken primaveraCalzonePepperoni pizzaCaesar salad Also like how they decorated. And the restrooms were fairly clean.

Great place, amazing tacos, pizza and wings. Yes they have tacos!! The people here are great and top notch service. Came twice in 1 week.

This place is fantastic!!!!!!!! Must visit!!!!! I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and added broccoli and mushrooms. Delicious!! Comes with bread and a salad. Even taking some desserts home. Great service!

They don't use their online ordering service properly so just ignore orders from it. Afterwards they refuse to help you or provide any support. Terrible customer service.

I went yesterday with my family to this place they have empty tables but they said people reserved that ones that a lie also the waitress said to us you guys came when the place is full next time came another Hour my family and me feel so bad how this waitress treat us we leave this place and we rate 0

Wanted to try Vito's Pizza. Ordered online. Went to pick it up. All the meat on my meat lovers was missing, cheese was barely melted, crust wasn't even brown. Told the shady counter girl that I ordered meat lovers. She took it back in the kitchen...said come back in like 5 minutes ...came back in 8 minutes and she hands me the same pizza with meat lover toppings and cheese just thrown on, and the shit was cold and raw, cheese unmelted. Not even hot... WTF, Vito?I told her the ingredients were still cold. She said I'll have them put it back in the oven ...by this time I've waited almost 45 minutes for a 3 time mistake.I told her just refund my money, and she said do it through the app!You can't make your own refunds after ordering a pizza dumba$$.Who hired the staff? I requested a manager a third time while she was insisting throwing my pizza in the oven a third time was gonna make it all better. I said, no please get the manager and refund my card and give me a refund receipt. She didn't care much and was poorly trained. Kitchen cook should've known better than to serve twice or thrice baked mistakes. I finally got my refund receipt and left. I wanted to try this place but order pickup is unprofessional and uneducated. Consumers don't issue their own refunds, Sherlock. You have to do it. Otherwise people would be ripping you off by refunding payments after food is eaten. That's theft, that's why your business can't allow customers to refund themselves there genius.
