Victor's Venue

Unfortunately, Rose Dellepiane was unable to fulfill her obligation to host my wedding. She took over $5,000 To host other events she had booked prior to my wedding. She called me a week before our wedding to let me know that her temporary venue had been closed due to a employee contracting COVID-19.We found out that the temporary venue was not closed.Rose claimed (when confronted) that a team member of hers was in ICU and that after 11/7/2020 there will not be any more events.However, we learned that Rose was still hosting events on November 7th, 2020.Truth is - The venue had another event earlier in the day and Rose had known since August 2020. She called me a week before my wedding to let me know the lie above.I'm quite disappointed that our money was stolen and a refund was refused by Rose Dellepiane. She claimed to be completely out of money and would reach out to Victors Venue HR team (she stated via email). I have yet to hear anything from Rose or Victors Venue.I would be VERY careful in booking with Rose Dellepiane in Dallas,Texas.

I visited for my cousin 40th bday party this weekend. It was very organized from the moment I parked my Batmobile and walked through the door. According to her it was affordable and met all her needs. This is a lovely place for hosting weddings, reception, parties etc. Also many beautiful backgrounds for photos. The dance floor is spacious to handle large crowds. I only saw the first floor so just wish the women's restroom on first floor was larger and there were more wines offered, but I'm sure this can be arranged.

I was looking for an event venue recently for my graduation party and came across this one. I was excited when I went to see it but once I was there and met the owner I already didn't feel like he likes to host events. He asked if I was gonna have children in the venue, and I obviously was because they are family and he asked the exact number which I think was ridiculous. After that my mom and I spoke more with the owner and he showed us the final pricing and it was very high. They literally charge for everything and over price it too much. My overall experience was horrible mainly because the attitude of the owner seemed to be very arrogant and if I could I would put 0 stars.

Beautiful space & they sell you the dream. After a tour we were told that prices would be increasing in a couple days, causing us to make a rushed decision. We decided to go for it because it is a beautiful place. We were given Rose as our coordinator & she seemed great.. After emailing a simple question, I couldn't get a response. After 1 month, nothing. Finally, I emailed the owner to let him know we would be having our event elsewhere, as we didn't feel our event mattered or that Rose could follow through with our dream wedding(since she can't even answer an email). She did finally email, after the owner brought my cancellation to her attention. She called it a "miscommunication," but it was no communication at all. They kept our $750 deposit & I sure hope they enjoy it. We'll be enjoying our dream wedding elsewhere.
