VB Steakhouse

You must try this place. It isnt as expensive as the "other" brazilian steakhouses but is still equally as delicious. The salad bar is always my favorite, minus the scalloped potatos and the meat waa very good as well. Service was exceptional. We had plenty of meat options coming by our table all the time. Very clean and beautiful dining area.

Discovered them by accident as they were next door to our hotel. It was a Tuesday night and we were able to get a reservation via Open Table. We have been to a few Brazilian steak houses in Oklahoma, but this one seemed special. It was very welcoming and comfortable. Full bar, salad bar and the meat's kept coming. If you like lamb they had shoulder and chops in the rotation. Usually, it's a separate menu item and extra or non-existant. Not here. Our Server was Adrian who was very nice and friendly with a great smile. I was stuck on what red wine to order. He suggested The Prisoner. He was spot on with the recommendation. So much so that I tracked it down and purchased a bottle. The salad bar was fresh and they have a cilantro, jalapeno ranch that is pretty awesome. You knew there was a hint of heat, and the cilantro was very light. Meats were very good. My favorite was the parmesan encrusted pork. I'm not a fan of parmesan encrusted chicken, but what the heck. It was outstanding. Parmesan wasn't the main ingredient. You knew it was there, but you could taste the meat. I wasn't a fan of the sausage, but you may be. We did something we don't normally do and that was order desert. We shared the Papaya Cream. It came with a black currant liqueur which we asked for on the side because we were skeptical. Ok, we were wrong to be skeptical it was delicious with the papaya. It was light and not too sweet. It's an upscale, romantic restaurant, but don't be put off if you've got your jeans or shorts on. You're welcomed anyway. There were people there on date night, families and groups. I'd go again and probably will when I'm in the Arlington area.

If you're looking for a good Brazilian Steakhouse with top tier customer service, look no further. We came here for a date night and the lighting and ambiance was perfect. Very romantic, not too loud, the tables are spaced out enough where you don't feel like a can of sardines while dining. Jonathan our server went above and beyond for us. We literally felt like royalty. The different choices of meats were delectable. My personal favorite was the beef ribs and spicy piccata. The beef ribs melted in my mouth and the piccata was soooo flavorful. We will definitely be back.

Ambiance was upscale with white tablecloths. Brazilian Barbecue is all you can eat and they continually come by with different meats to put on your plate. The food was very good.

Had to redo the review for their continuing decline. See my other review. Meats are still good but desserts, service and pricing are all thumbs down. Fago de Chao and Chamas are much better options.

The food and ambiance were awesome!! I recommend not filling up on all the buffet style breads, salads and soups. The meat is the reason for dining here and they bring out a variety paced at 1 to 1.5 hours. I couldn't believe the variety, but if you don't pace yourself you will not have any room fir something else you'll see later!! Trust me on this one and you won't regret it!!! Enjoy!!!

5 of us dined for my 70th birthday on Saturday November 23 and were quite disappointed. Service was mediocre at best, meat was cold, fatty, over-salted, and fatty. In addition, they added the 20% gratuity as if they knew they provided a subpar experience. When paying 150 for 2 people, this is not close to appropriate.

I am extremely disappointed. I've been here several times, I have brought people for special occasions, and I recommend it all the time. Today I came alone and had a reasonable experience until I was accused of not paying my tab. Not only did I pay my $74 tab, but I left a $25 tip in cash and handed the check back to my server and told home I didn't need change. Once I walked out of the building headed to my car an employee stopped me and asked if I wanted to pay by Apple Pay. I said excuse me and he said how do you want to pay. I said I paid in cash and he said oh and went back inside. I returned to get a copy of the receipt just incase. I hope in the future you train your employees not to judge based on appearance, because it has lost you a long time customer.Update I was contacted and offered an apology and complimentary visit. I went yesterday with my bestie (I paid for her) and we had a great time. It's very busy on Saturday evening and they were quick and the food was good as usual.

Service was excellent. Ambiance is ok but it's very loud in the back room. The lack of quality on the beef was very disappointing. Automatically adding a 15% gratuity to a party of two was a bit pretentious. $55.00 per person was theivery on Valentines Day. I expected much more from VB Steakhouse for what they charge.

Bad service! Gave reservation seats away to accommodate another group who had way more people for their reservation. They should have inform me via call instead of having my family drive and waited there for 30 minutes before we decided to leave. It's not worth going to this place where the service and experience is bad!!
