The Vault is an amazing restaurant you would not expect! The inside is decorated top notch! The light up bars set the mood for a true dinning experience. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. The selection of wines and bourbon is everything you would expect once you walk in the doors. The quail legs are a must! They melt in your mouth and are full of flavors. The steak is mouth watering and seasoned to perfection. Take a date, meet friends for happy hour, you will love it.

Amazing food and service! We had the sweetest server. So nice, attentive, helpful...she was absolutely perfect. The lobster crab cakes were delicious and the lobster mac and cheese was so creamy. The apps were my favorite part of the meal. My salmon was very good also, but the apps were delicious. The restaurant is beautiful and gives you a nice upscale feeling.

Finally got a chance to stop by a nearby local spot. On the weekends it gets really packed and parking is a bit difficult. But today (Monday night) was perfect! We were seated quickly and greeted by our waitress and waitress in training. We placed our drink order and perused the menu for our evening selections. The menu has tons of great options for steak and seafood amongst other notables. My partner went with the lamb chops which came with a rice pilaf and added a loaded baked potato. I went with the lobster ravioli because I wanted something light. Both dishes arrived to our table rather quickly and were plated beautifully. The lamb chops were seasoned to perfection and with love. They came prepared at the correct temperature and were enjoyed by all. The lobster ravioli surrounded a small bed of arugula salad and drizzled with a balsamic glaze. For dessert we went with the Mansfield cheesecake. It came plated with a strawberry glaze drizzle and lined with strawberry halves. The crust was a yummy graham cracker and brought all the flavors together. Overall it was a great first experience. The decor is fabulous with lots of upscale appeal. There is also an attached cigar lounge that has TVs to enjoy professional sports and more. The ventilation system appeared to be top notch but for a Monday night I wasn't able to see how well it worked since it was pretty empty when we toured it. I can't wait to head back to enjoy more of the wonderful menu items or even enjoy a good stogie.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a holiday party at Vault Seafood and Steakhouse in Mansfield, TX, and it was a fantastic experience! The ambience is welcoming and cozy, creating a perfect setting for both casual and special occasions. The steak was absolutely cooked to perfection--tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The service was exceptional; our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. While parking can be a bit tricky, it's definitely worth the effort. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and I will definitely be returning for another visit soon! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for great food and a great time.

Went to a birthday celebration; party of 12. As you can expect with a party of this size, we had a few mishaps but nothing earth shattering. Our server was really nice. She was upbeat and provided suggestions, mostly with the intent to upsell, but she was not pushy or overbearing. We were right by the speaker that was pumping in the live singer in the next room. It was a bit loud and sometimes hard to hear the server. Also we were kind of in the corner and she had to maneuver around other tables to get to us. First round of drinks were a little slow, as well as appetizers (again party of 12). But once we got rolling with everything it was a good time. The man and I had 2 drinks each (vodka martinis and old fashions), 2 appetizers (crab claws and lamb lollipops - both delish), bison ribeye and Chilean sea bass (ribeye was a little overcooked for med well, but still tasty. The sea bass had a little too much salt sprinkled on top. Once I dealt with that it was fantastic.), with crème brûlée for dessert (yummy). The other dishes from the group included snapper, regular beef ribeye, seafood pasta and other dishes I didn't catch. Everyone was happy with their food. No one complained at all. That's amazing for a party of 12 which included 2 adolescents and a teenager/young adult. The man and I spent $340- which included the automatic gratuity. I thought that was really good for the selections we chose and portions we received. The only reason we wouldn't go back is because it's over an hour away from us. Otherwise, we would definitely go back. Also, we heard people complaining about parking. They had free valet so I'm not sure why people were upset.

Truly dissapointed with the food. They brought my steak already cut on a messy plate. So was the sea bass my wife ordered messy. The ribeye was over seasoned and cut up. It was pretty weird as I believe the cook was maybe insecure about the medium that I ordered. If it weren't for the chimachurri sauce I wouldn't have eaten it. The fingerling potatoes and carrots were fine but they couldn't get over the plating and how drops of something were on the side of my plate.I guess I had my hopes and expectations up too high. The atmosphere was nice and Jasmine service is what sold us for the night. She was incredible! I would like to go again and give it a try again because this is one place I desire to change my heart. It's worth a try so I recommend. Drinks were reasonable and so was the cost. We spent $250 for our plates, the brussels and the over cooked tuna. I expected the cost but also expected the food to be better. Jasmine is a 5 star waiter but overall I have to give this spot a 3.

The waitress was excellent. The atmosphere was excellent. The bathroom was clean. Our of 12 party food dishes, about 3 entrees came out hot. All of the other 9 entrees and appetizers were room temperate when delivered. So incredibly disappointing. Parking is horrible. You must valet park.

Atmosphere was great very nice environment. Service was just as good. Lamb chop popsicle's were spectacular. My steak was overcooked and tough like rubber. I will continue to support the establishment for sure but I was disappointed in my steak.

My girlfriend and I, came here valentines weekend, on a Saturday so it wasn't too busy. We got the crab claws, shrimp scampi, and pan seared duck. To start out the drinks were okay, I had to get my green thumb remade because the bartender forgot to put simple syrup in it, my girlfriend ordered the dark chocolate banana stormy, which tasted like watered down whiskey and coke- and had no chocolate or banana taste to it, so I finished it for her. I ate maybe two pieces of duck from my plate and asked for a TOGO box, while the waitress getting my check someone came by and grabbed my plate without asking, throwing it away in the back. I'm a pretty understanding person and have worked in the bar and food industry myself so I didn't want to make a big deal just let my waitress know what had happened. Shortly after a manager came over and apologized, and asked if I would either like my plate remade or a $50 voucher (that's only good for food, no drinks), we already had plans to tend to afterwards, and had a cruddy experience so far, so I insisted on the $50 voucher... My waitress comes back to grab my card and I asked if I could use the voucher on my $50 meal (since I didn't get to eat it, it wasn't comped, and we didn't have enough time to wait on another dish to be made). She then later notified me that the manager said I was unable to apply it as it was a "holiday" weekend, but let me know I could come in and use it another day lol, after getting my meal thrown away on what was supposed to be a nice romantic dinner soon became a regret, and wishing I had taken my partner elsewhere but had decided to give this place a try based off the reviews. I left my voucher in a cocktail glass out of frustration, because why would I drive an hour out from home to potentially risk having a similar experience, and wasn't taken care of. I still took care of my waitress and tipped over 20%, but if someone is attending your restaurant on a special occasion like this one, at least comp my meal: spent well over $250 on this dinner at a 4-5 star restaurant with a 1 star experience. Made our first valentines together a terrible experience, thankfully the crab claws earned this place one star. If you want good customer service, maybe comp someone's meal you threw away instead of giving them a coupon.
