Turkey Den

Went on a Sunday afternoon about 4pm, no wait. As an appetizer I got boudin balls. I should have tired the hot Cheeto ones but they were good! For my entree I got the stuffed turkey leg with dirty rice, sausage, and shrimp and it was TASTY!! The turkey was tender and flavorful. There is this cream sauce that is really good but it's a little salty. Definitely a spot to try and will be back to try more. They also have TVs on one side and a dining room on the other side and you have an option to choose.

The turkey Den sits in a shopping center, tucked away in a corner in Ft. Worth. I decides to give it a try since I really never had much variety of turkey legs except from the state fair. We were greeted by a gentleman, I get the names but I then process so much information that I do not recall the names. The gentleman explained to us the menu and asked if omit was our first time trying it. We advised hike that indeed it was the first time and he told us about how they opened a few years back but closed temporarily and recently just ironed back up. I ordered the sausage and dirty rice stuffed turkey leg. The turkey left was delicious, smoky and tender. The dirty rice was good and the sausage was ok, nothing special. The sauce that they pour on top was a bit overwhelming. It's creamy sauce that at times for me became too much. It was not bad but idk how to explain it I just would have liked less of it. Service was great, food was good and it seemed to be regulars walking in who were very friendly. It's always good to enjoy a meal and have conversations with other individuals.

You gotta check this place out. Looks nice inside. Laid back ambiance. I went on a Saturday morning so it wasn't crowded. I had the dirty rice, cabbage, and black eyed peas. All the food had good flavor. The black eyed peas were delicious and the dirty rice had a little chopped turkey in it and it was good. My daughter had the pizza and fries. Both were okay and not bad. My son had the Mac and cheese. The loaded Mac and cheese comes with bacon. I probably wouldn't recommend the Mac and cheese. The chicken and waffles has the powdered sugar and looked good. My Aunt had the lobster stuffed turkey leg which looked amazing and must have been delicious cause she tore it up. I would go back. The service was exceptional. Our waitress was so nice. She wasn't as knowledgeable about the menu but was sweet and worked hard.

Came here for lunch on a Friday. We were seated quickly and the food came out pretty fast. I ordered a salad with turkey meat and it was delicious. Good portion size. The restaurant looks like a sports bar but was calm during the lunch time and has tables/booths to sit in. If you like turkey, I would recommend stopping by and trying it! They had great lunch specials/prices.

Everything was Amazing!!Definitely would recommend! Great environment and they do serve alcohol with a full bar and wide variety of liquor! Great staff and CLEARLY an amazing cook!! I'm from south Louisiana and I can say they did it right!! We will definitely be back!

I was on highway heading home from a mind blowing trip. I saw this sign that said Turkey Den. I unturned as safely as I could lol. What a turkey drum stick and I get it stuffed . Oh yes I am in . I pulled in hot exhausted from day's events. Grab a menu . Owner was there . Glad to see me. Menu full of awesomeness. Wings , seafood, grilled fried etc. jambalaya stuffed with your choice of meats and seafood . Service was fast. Ambiance beautiful. I was told they do jazz and other music. Staff was friendly. I found another happy place. With My Drama Filled Days .

"Oh-My-God" y'all! This freaking joint is off the chain y'all! This was my first time there. I had the Turkey Leg with this Shrimp thing. It was crazy good. Though I didn't have anything else, it all looked really good. I will come back and keep coming back. You can't go wrong here.

I can't account for the food but my complaint is with the fact that the website didn't express that they weren't open or having a grand opening, google also said that they were open lastly when I called their number multiple times got no answer and even the answering service did not say they were not open. Therefore I drove to the spot 30 mins away from my house only to find out that....you guessed they were closed. Please have accurate information about business on google, yelp, your website and even answering services.

A low-key soul food spot, we got sat very quickly and with very welcoming energy. The wait for food was very short with the quality of the food being amazing once it came out. When we finished, we ordered some delicious homemade dessert and then sat down to play to play a quick match of chess. Yes, they have a selection of chess tables for you to sit and play at. Will most definitely be coming here to eat again, great spot.

Fried fish & shrimp basket! Soooo good. Drinks were good too. Did not disappoint at all. Tanika (Tee) was our bartender/waitress. Loved her personality & aura! Place was nice & clean as well. Probably my new place
