They have a laundry room where you can do laundry.
They have clean bathrooms that include showers.
These are the bags you can use to pick up dog poop.
They have a bridge for people and golf carts.
Nice campground in Arlington, Tx. Easy to find off of I-20 going west. Big oak trees great to have shade during the summer.

Started out great, lots of good people/people who live here. Not a typical RV resort. Karen had issues with my LGB Sam. My dogs live here, they're here to stay. You don't like pets? Be on your wayThey share my home, my food, my space. This is their home, this is their place. You will find dog hair on the floor,They will alert you're at the door. They may request a litte pat,A simple 'NO' will settle that.Sure, my LGB (Sam) may be a little scary when he doesn't like a dog or a cat but no need to sit on your porch "Karen" and monitor his behavior 24/7. You win for now but I will be sure to make it known your a cancer to the sun World RV resorts that I have been committed to over the past 9 years. I am going to do everything in my power to make sure @Gary Shiffman knows how you are running his resorts and ruining the patrons experiences at Treetop RV resorts.

Awesome RV park in central ArlingtonThey call it treetops for a reason, most of the park is literally under the tops of tons of trees, this is great for shading the residents. The sites in the middle are facing all different directions, some smaller and bigger than others. The sites around the outside are generally the same size, shape and position. All of the sites are about a 7.5/10 rating and gravel. The grounds are kept very clean! There are tons of doggy waste stations, trash stations throughout and on site recycling. Everyone I encountered staying there was friendly and polite, and staff that I interacted with were app very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here

Just a heads up to anyone considering signing a yearly lease at this rv park, they raise the space rent "Every" January on everyone.Last year, 2023, it was raised $69.00. This January 2024 it's being raised $53.00. We moved in August 2022 and come January 2023 we had the $69.00 rent increase. We were paying $890 per month before electricity in 2023. The office says the rent increase is for additional amenities which is completely untrue. We did not get any extra amenities during the year. Half way through the year they put in a water/ice vending machine in front of the office that they charge for, convenient yes, free no. My guess is the residents rent increase paid for that vending machine. The space rents are already very expensive for what you get. We decided to move out August 2023. If we stayed it would be up to $943.00 per month before electricity for 2024. It's a nice park, and they do sometimes schedule events, which they mostly cancel and say they will reschedule but they never do. The trees are pretty but they drop a lot of crap on the vehicles so you are constantly having to wash your vehicles. Then the silk worms come and drop worm poop on everything, patio furniture, rv roof, and cars/trucks, so you have to constantly wash everything all season, all the time. I'm just mentioning this because these issues are not considered when it comes to the rent price. If you want to pay an rv company to wash your rig it could cost anywhere up to ruffly $500. If you want to wash your rigs yourself the park will charge you to use their water. After the worm poop, you better like leaves, because in the fall there will be a ton of them. They get on the roof and slides of the rigs and you must stay on top of removing the leaves or they will cause water dams and you will get leaks. The park is not on top of keeping the leaves swept away and cleaned up throughout the park. And for the office personnel. Don't expect the woman up front to go out of her way to be of any help. She takes her job of doing as little work as possible very seriously. Her nickname through out the rv community is "Ms. No No". You will get the strongest impression that she actually enjoys saying No. Such a pity she doesn't express a friendly community vibe or general kindness towards the residents. You will figure out who I'm talking about if you go up there once. Others have named her on here but why should I bother, nothing is ever done about her bad attitude towards the residents. I miss my wonderful neighbors since I left. Many residents have left, more are leaving. It's over priced in my opinion. Happy New Year.

I left a great review last year staying here with friends prior to moving here long term myself in January.I have now been here 4 months and have experienced blatant discrimination and now retaliation and harassment, as well as threats. I have several long-term and short-term tenants on my side and vouching. The management here is very clicky and judgy. Favorites runs rampant here. Don't stand up for yourself ever. YOU WILL GET SINGLED OUT.I have documentation, evidence, photos, and witness statements. I have called corporate 2 to 3 times A-day since I received notice to vacate on the 21st which was noted it was handed to me in person and it most certainly was not, which is now being contradicted by a 3 day notice, I received this morning however legally by law, I'm supposed to be given a 30 day notice even though the claims in my notices are unfounded and Ridiculous..... not to mention written to look more than it is. They have also threatened to illegally remove my property without proper notice or court procedures.Corporate does not care about this property. They recently promoted someone to manager who has been getting complaints for over a year here and on line, causing business loss. I was told by some of their own staff today that they thought the situation was wrong messed up and I should take it to court but they're in fear of speaking the truth or standing up for me for fear of losing their job as well as other long term tenants here fear complaints because they know nothing will get done and they don't want to get kicked out. This park is advertised as a family-friendly community, which it's r v long term, and short-term campers definitely make it feel, We get together we've cooked together. We have drinks around a fire pit we're all as social as we are allowed to be... But management is not a community. They are a money making machine and run this place like a snobby hotel.I could go on and on. However, my only warning is don't stay here long term. They pick and choose who they like and force out who they don't. It's nothing but favoritism, discrimination, and b s and drama. And short term always confirm reservations and rules. They seem to change often. There was a gal here named Anna that everybody absolutely loved and the park was thriving. Then people enjoyed themselves. Everybody was happy, and now it's just quiet and desolate, and people don't socialize as much anymore. I believe it is a fear of all the issues I mentioned.I will also be filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau and have given all of my documentation to an attorney and hopes to fight our notice to Vacate so we can just live peacefully which is why we chose this beautiful park. My son's first job is in walking distance and my daughters school. Both my kids have disorders, and it's clear they pick and choose tolerance or compassion. Other tenants have had law enforcement called dozens of times, not one time given notice or eviction. I called myself for assistance to get mine to treatment, and they came out it was a quiet conversation and transport and was evicted the next day. Law enforcement assistance, presence is not a "disturbance."I will be making them take me to court.I've never once received notice of a complaint prior to the initial eviction notice.Even though it is a beautiful setting behind the scenes, it's toxic, Not only that a hostile work environment for some employees who also report issues to corporate also witnessed by other campers and they do nothing. The attached photo is a vandalized bench by other people's children, but we get evicted for transport assistance/ help and lies.Several long-term people here hope they put Anna back in the office and really clean up management here in office, and just leave people alone. Most Everybody else is lovely and pleasant to be around.Just a reminder, corporate doesn't care what's going on here, I have emailed and called about 13 times. I was told I would receive a call back in 48 hours. That would have been 4 days ago.

Was a great place to stay for a exactly one year while Our Country Homes was building our home in the nice city of North Richland Hills completed Aug. 2015. Sure miss south Louisiana seafood and their cooking, but enjoying a definite change to tamales, enchiladas and jalapenos. RV from Lazy Days in Tampa, Fl. was a nice ride from 1999 and went to a new home in 2017. Put in lots of miles saw some wonderful sites that are still lasting memories of the great US of A north to south east to west and lots in between. Hopefully in 2021 covid will die and we will all enjoy that funeral. Then back to traveling in a car staying in motels/hotels will certainly miss camping in scenic Federal and State Parks.

We recently had a great visit here. We had driven in from Denver pulling our travel trailer and arrived a day earlier than planned. We also arrived at 9:30 pm and they were quick to get us set up and into a spot. The property is beautiful with tons of trees and residents with well-groomed lots. There isn't a ton of room for dogs but were able to make do with what they had for dog walking area and out two dogs. This resort is classy and they have quite a few rules. Most of which is common sense and we had no problem abiding by them. The pool and shower facilities are nice and most importantly it was quiet at night and easy to rest. They also helped us with a late checkout which we were grateful for as my wife was running a marathon the day of checkout and there was no way we would be out in time. I would highly recomended if you are in the Dallas/Arlington area.

Daniel and team did an excellent job. The price was great. A large pecan treewas removed and two other trees trimmed beautifully. The work and clean up were amazing. The workmanship between team was most impressive andmade the process that much more pleasant. I highly recommend them.

Hi, retired military, retired period-18 years contractor in computer software area. I've seen some automated things but this takes the cake. 1. I paid for Super Full Hookups premium location based on maps researched where they say, "We have thousands of oaks and shade everywhere along with more amenities for higher priced sites". We have GMC-truck and bumper pull travel trailer Dutchmen Coleman 31feet, one DRV side slide, I always add couple feet up to 34' for different sites open up versus select group in lessor standard full hookup sites. we paid $89.00 per night two adults (Retired) and three grand kids 8, 6, and 5. The best sites they offer. We arrive and man says I'll guide to your site. he took our welcome packet and I had to ask for it back. 1a) First call to desk was, there are. 3000 plus Oaks everyone is under shade to help with cool down from 110 Texas heat. I explained the map I used had this lot in green area, foliage and PREMI SUPER FULLsite, how did we get only site with no trees and no grill? Fourth July, he apologized said call you right back checking map. He calls, sorry sir cannot help due to travel trailer size. I asked if we could simply back up into 323, covered with huge oaks five or more. Change number 325 to 323. He said person getting lead there right now for that site. His RV TT was almost same size, and plenty of shaded room to park his truck in front of RV. We were stuck although map showed green. Foliage in Super Full Pull site must like other fellow did with smaller RV?2) Cable connection at electric pole is a screw on empty cable connection, threads and empty guts, the copper wire on my end would be connect to a Black hole at their cable end connect. NO CABLE OR TWO COLUMNS OF SHOWS, nothing. 3) Free internet's for four devices with Super Full Pull through site, except WLAN issued had password which they said I could change as described handbook. The cable was speeds of 28kbs. And then my VPN (Norton stated this is totally unsecured neT work, please forget and cancel. Lie one; then at bottom of page to fix slow internet upgrade to Top packaged offered $15.00 daily up to four connections. So i jumped on and then taken to offsite had to join a weird Sun Admin site. Did that and then new page appeared to add, EXCEPT-ALL had to be added with MAC Addresses. To do this I needed the devices on an unsecured but Password protect cheap internet to get their MAC Adress for each device. Two phones and two smart TVs less than year old. Lie2) So I connect one at time, lookupMAC Address for WLAN, once needed machine Address. So now I have four devices on an unsecure network, logged into classified network to add each MAC Address, and none of the four act like Road Runnée or later super fast internet highways. My max speed tested Reflected 10-14mbs. Do you understand they said for streaming movie channels or apps, upgrade to our best. So now on the internet's at Treetops RV Resort their Admin no doubt has created a world where spillage could easily happen hosting MAC Adress added deices down the middle of an insecure network. And I'm lucky if one device can log in and watch Netflix, whose so far advanced and can push a 4GB (1000 times faster than network with MBPS; and down the center of an unsure KBPS, which Netflix is 1,000,000 times faster. So, NO shade, air on 60 and watching for icing over AC, NO cable with at least 40 offered channels, On a Network that military or govt. Or corporate Agency would go through a DIACAPP, a secure inspection by owners of the USA cloud in the sky. Failure and fines are astronomical and all my data due to MAC Address could lead hackers straight to my machine in bum dump TreeTops RV Resirt from anywhere in the world. Only saving Grace it's 28kbps fast and they couldn't see a window open for days...like me waiting for Netflix to open to watch a cartoon for grandkids, three each 8, 6, and five. Their XBOX would probably shutdown entire domain, for sure organizatio Unit, and sub-paths (Forrest, Groups built by Admin using MAC address bypassing Name, Site number 325, and how long I'm staying. The worst VACA NON GOOD SAMS RV PARK ILL EVER STAY AT AGAIN. I WANT AT LEAST 2/3 my money back, I used water and sewer and no choice electricity or did in heat. 2/3 my money please, you'll never see this retired veteran at a Treetop Resort AGAIN. P.s. you have to walk and throw away your own trash. Never happens at GS, they pick it up in front of RV. And don't offer Super Elite only four slots here in this group, a freaking bbq grill and it' Fourth July. LIE5. Good Day, I have images of cable and pages for order Super Pull through Full Hookups paid in full bills, reservations. I was ripped off, family mislead, now I must figure out BBQ for three grand kids. 2/3 money back! Just send to the credit you card-charged!
