Ordered the Alamo and immediately fell in love one of the best paninis I've ever had 10/10

The John Wayne and potato soup. Wow! Delicious. The potato straws are a sneaky hit.

I hit this place during the early part of the lunch rush on a weekday, and they were already out of roast beef, despite it being a key ingredient in half their sandwiches. I can understand running out of some obscure condiments or something, but if they can't properly stock their own basic staples, they shouldn't be open. Service was friendly, but that's about all I can say that's good. The eldritch abomination sandwich I ordered with a different meat subbed for roast beef was barely edible. I came here really craving roast beef and left with a belly full of disappointment. Furthermore, at least one of the other people in my party had a terrible sandwich as well, and this person hadn't had to try and do triage and build a Frankenstein sandwich to make up for this place's lack of basic ingredients. The sandwich just sucked. Call before you come here I guess. Or just go someplace good if you want a decent sandwich.

Great sandwich's. The people are nice accommodating. I had a Ruben, very good. My wife a Turkey sandwich simple and good. My daughter sweet clementine !! I don't know what it is but she loved it. Nice quaint restaurant. Open area with 2 side rooms.

The people were awesome. The soup was watery potato soup. The pastrami sandwich thousand island tasted like hot mustard. I was underwhelmed.

Tin Cup is a staple specialty coffee shop & deli in Arlington. No fuss. Just good food for lunch! I love that they use Boar's Head meats and cheeses. They have a few salads, sandwiches, paninis, a daily soup & desserts. You get potato sticks with your sandwich which I don't prefer but have no problem eating. They do make me smile as they bring back memories of my Grandmother and childhood. I also love the bite sized cookie they also serve you for the very same reason. My Grandma always wanted "just a little something sweet" after each meal. We have enjoyed several things over the years. This visit, we got the John Wayne, Alamo (no mayo) & California Gold. You can order take out & catering. Their website is up to date and easy to use. You can rent out rooms for meetings, gatherings, & celebrations. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Tin Cup is a great small business we love supporting!

Tin Cup has a delicious Reuben. I could eat them often. The flavor stands out with a bit of horse radish. The size is right for my diet. It's a nice spot near UTA campus too. I may be back a lot and hit up more of the menu.

Just delicious! What a gem we have in The Tin Cup here in Arlington! This is a small, clean shop in the UTA area with a unique sandwich menu and friendly service. There are so many interesting menu choices, it was hard to settle on just two. We decided to try The Sundance and The Doc Holiday and both were amazing. Delicious sandwiches served with shoestring potatoes and a cookie. YUM! All drinks are $2.55, You can choose between a bottled soda or a few different varieties of tea you can put in a to-go cup with ice. I opted for the unsweet tea and it was top-notch. If you are in the mood for a delicious and affordable lunch, head over to The Tin Cup!

Tin Cup is a unassuming little hole in the wall. I have passed by dozens of times not even noticing that this was a restaurant until recently. After checking Yelp, I decided to place an online lunch order yesterday to see what the hype was about. I ordered two sandwiches. The John Wayne and the Roast beef with a side of Au jus dipping gravy. Both sandwich's came with potato sticks and a cookie. I wasn't fond of the potato sticks at all. I would rather have chips. However; the sandwiches were awesome. They were smaller than the pictures depict on Yelp but tasty nonetheless. The place was packed. There was no where to sit in the small dining area and there was a line of 10 plus people waiting to order. I was happy that I ordered online. Overall the food was tasty but in the future I would order a salad or soup as a side to replace the potato sticks.
