Market bags designed and made by the farmers wife.
They sell locally raised beef, and pork, from bacon and breakfast sausage to steaks and hamburger patties!
Slightly thin beef ribs and extremely tough texture.
These are some of our adult and kids aprons that we design and make at the farm.
We have hand made soaps some of which we make here on the farm. Soaps of all scents and colors.
They sell Farmhouse decor, market totes, Flour and Baking mixes that they grow, mill, and package on the farm.
Here is some of our Locally Raised breakfast sausage, great to put in a biscuit and send out the door with the kids in the mornings!
One of our 5 lb smoked hams in a instant pot, oh the sweet aroma!
Extremely thin pork ribs. Very little meat.

This review is solely based upon the quality and size of Pork and Beef Ribs. I do a lot of Smoking and BBQing. I was extremely excited to get these Farm to Table ribs on the smoker. First of all, these racks were only half racks and I paid $14+ for each. Outrageous. Second, I always remove the membrane. This was the first time I have ever experienced that I could not remove the membrane from either rack. As for the size, the Pork Spares were the thinnest I have ever had and with very little meat. The beef ribs were extremely tough and not the amount of meat I was hoping for. Overall I'm disappointed.

This local to Waxahachie business is family owned and operated. They produce high quality meat on their ranch. I've personally purchased and subsequently consumed their beef and pork, and it is high quality and fairly priced. What I appreciate most is being able to see who I'm supporting bs some face less corporation. They're very involved in the community and super east to deal with. Find them at the Farmers Market in Waxahachie!
