This place has been on our must try place to eat. Finally got to try on eve of our anniversary with another couple.They have open seating, we got there little before 9pm. seated ourselves.Ordered beers and nachos as appetizers.Beers were great, nachos were not so good, thin and burnt.Ordered the appetizer sampler on the happy hour menu and frozen marg with blood orange flavor and tajin on the cup.Orders had mix up, we got the fried pickles instead of fried jalapeño's and marg came with salt instead of tajin. Waitress was nice enough to give us fried Jalapeño's and another marg with Tajin.Appetizer sampler was great, fried Jalapeños are a must try.SO ordered Veg tacos and we ordered patty melt. Tacos and patty melt tasted great.Overall a good experience and good food.

WOW- this place is huge and has something for everyone! We went here (Jan.26 afternoon) for a Family BDAY, with our ages from 7 to 89 years old. Food choices are different than run-of-the-mill restaurants, yet pretty good. We have not seen a chicken fried steak this big. With all 13 of us, we had a large variety of items from fried pickles, CFS, burgers, to hot dogs. The only complaint was the onion dip on the veggie tray appetizer. Seat yourself was nice as we could choose our 'area'. Our waitress, Clarabelle was wonderful. She did NOT miss a lick in our orders, drinks stayed topped off, and her disposition was fun, positive. If you haven't been here yet, give it a shot...and don't forget to check out ALL the things to do other than eat!!Thanks, Clarabelle for a nice afternoon - you were great (but she would not let me use her debit card, go figure!) Thanks for the fun.

The place was busy, it's a seat-yourself kind of place. The vibe is very lively and jolly, the current theme is Tinsel town, some employees are wearing Christmas outfits. The Grinch came by and went to say hi to the kids. The alcoholic beverages were pretty good, they don't skimp on the alcohol for sure! I ordered the Serrano ceasar salad, it was a little spicy and sweet. I added blackened Salmon which is a little bit on the salty side( I think i prefer the original Caesar salad ). My son likes his burger with bbq sauce , fried onion and bacon. Hubby had the dirty dog which he likes, I didn't care much for the chili sauce that came with it, had a little bit much cumin I think. Our Server was very friendly and she made sure to check on us . The live music was an added bonus. I would definitely come back again, the place and the vibe is pretty fun.

Fun place, with better than most place like this food and drinks!I had Chicken Tacos and some Fried Pickles! Weird combo I know, but it worked for me! I loved the breading on the pickles. My Tacos were really good. Like I would come back for them kind of good!Service was ok, not great but certainly not bad.

We were looking for a fun place to stop and have a drink and stumbled on Stix. This place is very open, good vibe and our server Lauren was amazing! She was very inviting and helpful with the menu. We fell in love with the shirts and the decor of this place. Outside they have games for kids to play. Overall fun place and great beer!

We loved the ambiance of this restaurant! The decor was on point and the vibes were right up our alley! This place is a hidden gem in McKinney, and we can't wait to bring friends and family here. It's the perfect spot to hangout and grab drinks. The food wasn't spectacular- it's just your typical bar food, nothing super unique about it. Service and ambiance were a 10/10! Can't wait to come back!

Came to eat with my cousins and ordered fried pickles and chips and salsa. Everything was pretty good. Waitress was really nice and prompt. I ordered the chicken fried chicken and only ate a portion of it since I got stuffed on fried pickles and chips. The only issue I had was that the chicken fried chicken was really thin. Mac was really cheese and good. Mash tater wear really creamy. The place was really nice and clean.I know my cousin ordered the chicken fried steak, and he didn't like that the breading fell off the steak. Breaking stayed on my chicken, so I don't know what all that was about. Chicken fried chicken 5 outa 10Mash taters 6 out 10Mac n cheese 7 outa 10Fried pickles 4 outa 10 really salty Chips n salsa n queso 4 outa 10All in all it was a place I would come back.

I had the best time at Stix with my wife and friends. The food is the perfect menu for the whole family. Alyssa and her camo pants are the most adorable thing! She's is a really great server with great recommendations and even better hospitality. I'm so impressed! If you're looking to have a good time with your family and friends please check out the is AMAZING establishment! 10/10! We will be back again and again!
