The Mad Hatter

The Mad Hatter is located off West 7th in downtown Fort Worth serving great drinks in a chill but cozy atmosphere along with great bartenders.I stumbled upon this place when I was trying to find a drink in the early morning, but it seemed like everything around the surrounding area was closed until I walked into the doors of The Mad Hatter and was greeted by the lovely bartender. Inside there is a single bar with restrooms along with a stand-up bar. The bar is well decorated with lots of dollar bills hanging up and TVs throughout the bar that was playing sports. They have daily specials on drinks and domestic bottles of beer. While I was there the bartender ordered 2 large complimentary pizzas for the patrons who were sitting at the bar. I thought that was nice and cool for this fine establishment to do something like that considering there is no food options here. I was told if I'm looking for a place to go earlier then I should definitely check out their sister bar that is right up the street called the Rabbit hole which opens up at 7am. Overall, this was such a great experience to go get some early morning drinks before 11am. I will be back in the future since I truly enjoyed my time while i was here. The staff and customer service that was provided was second to none while the ice-cold beers kept coming! Cheers!

Mad Hatter is the best kind of little bar off west 7th. It's on the side of the street where those of us that aren't "woke" hang out. I'm good with that. It's a dive where almost everyone knows your name.Restrooms are clean and they have a shared parking lot. After bank hours it is also okay to park in their lot. Street parking is also available.

I love this place always. When you are here you are safe. You are with family. It's cozy. Small. Well lit. Great place to just relax and enjoy some good music. There is always something fun on the playlist and the drink specials are always on point. Something for everyone. Don't forget to get a baseball T shirt and rep the hatter.!!

Kinda small but chill. They have good A/C so that's a plus and it's located by a bunch of other bars so hopping is easy. Sometimes there are food trucks nearby

It's a small space so be prepared to get friendly, but forget all that. Cheap drinks, AWESOME staff, and they're playing dope music even if you don't pay for the jukebox. And if you don't like it, then put some money in the jukebox! If you show up on or near a holiday, they just might feed you too.PS: If you show up enough times, they'll probably already know what you want when you walk in!

My new fav spot in Ft Worth. Everyone is so nice & friendly. I'm an out-of-Towner, so the staff, as well as the patrons were super cool, making me & my colleagues feel right at home. Jywon is the best mixologist and mixes the best cocktails. Sunday all day happy hour is everything! I will most definitely be back and encourage others to check it out as well.

Nice little bar with nice patrons.Great bartender, Brandon I believe, was very friendly and engaging. We'll have to stop in again some night.

One of the best bars to go to! Bailey is an amazing bartender who remembers the regulars and makes newcomers feel welcomed! The staff all in all is too notch. They are timely with the drinks and crafty with their mixed drinks. The atmosphere is great, feels like a European pub. Also, love that the bathrooms are always clean!

Love the Hatter, and the fine folks that work there. Always good drinks, and better people. Deandre, Kylie, Bailey, doesn't matter which bartender serves you, they are all great.
