This is a great place for a birthday party. Our granddaughter had her 4th birthday party here with a Ladybug theme. The owner and staff are very friendly and accommodating. They have a separate area alongside the gym area , which you can decorate before the party. The room also had a table setup for the kids. The kids had time to play in the gym with 2 staff members running some games and supervising open play. Afterwards it was pizza and birthday cake that was brought in by her parents. The staff was great in helping with the setup and cleanup. It was a great experience.

We love Little Gym of Plano! It's bright and colorful with lots of windows and very clean. The staff is fantastic - they all know all the children by name and they're tolerant when kids act out but also super friendly and attentive. The classes are fun and a great way to get out some energy! They have fun events throughout the year as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Took my toddler here to try the Super Beasts class. My expectation going in was that the instructor(s) was going to teach the kids formal gymnastics skills (how to tumble, how to hold on to the rings/bar, etc). My takeaway from the class was that it is a clean, open play space for 45 minutes. There was an instructor to teach the kids 2 moves (tumbling over a cushion and walking on the beam) IF your kid had the attention span to participate. Initially the kids and parents sit in a circle and shake maracas while introducing themselves. Some kids were just up and moving around the space the whole time. This didn't end up being the vibe of a gymnastics class I wanted for my kid so I did not enroll; I found another gym that was geared more toward my expectations. If you want a clean open play space with peppy teachers, then this is your jam.

We have been attending the Little Gym classes since my son was four months old (currently 16 months old). I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to socialize their children in a safe and structured environment. Attending class is a highlight of our week, as it gets us out of the house, playing with children of the same age, and learning new skills. If you are reading this review and considering attending, do note that you have to put in the effort to get the most out of class. Most parents are easy to befriend, and their children are equally social. However, I notice a handful of parents who stay to themselves scrolling through their phone and not engaged in class. Their children are equally distant from other kids and not getting the most out of the opportunity to gain social skills. Lead by example and show your children how to have fun and make friends at the Little Gym, and it will become a highlight of your week!

Positives: very high energy, extremely clean environment, friendly staff, reasonable prices for a preschool classBut know before you go- if your child is the one who will sit with you at storytime at the library, likes to be close to you and follow all rules, this is the perfect place for you. My first child would have loved it!If your child gets overwhelmed in busy spaces (I don't know if there is a limit on class sizes here- our class easily had 15+ students PLUS parents); loves self directed play (as opposed to a structured class); or if you as a parent do not hover over your child, this may not be a great fit. I have attended various preschool classes with my 3 children for the past 9 years basically nonstop- from Music Together to Tinkergarten to Gymboree to Storytime at several libraries. I've learned so much about child development over the years through these classes and my own research. Each class has different expectations and customs and a sense of community. The types of classes my kids responded well to were the ones where there was a predictable structure (like the same song/flow of songs each week), they were allowed freedom of movement but as a parent I modeled the expected behavior, and the other families had similar views on how kids should behave. This class had something different every week and felt overwhelming. Lots of music in the background and they use a recorded song to lead the activities which felt less personal. If a behavior problem comes up, I am always open to feedback in the moment or afterward, however community should feel supportive, not as if you are being judged and watched and talked about behind your back. Generally I have made friends with other parents quickly in these various classes, but with this one that didn't happen. I believe that every parent and child is doing the best they can with the information they have in the moment. If you like a very structured environment where every child does the exact same thing (and your child is compliant), this is perfect for you. If you are more free-range and prefer exploration and experimentation, this may not be a good fit.

Great activity for your children to play in a controlled environment with the direction of the instructors. There are several instructors for a class which I appreciate so your child gets attention. I can sit behind the glass wall, watch my little one and that's a big plus!Activities vary, so there is no getting bored.

Love love love ! My 1 year old is not very social (pandemic baby) so bringing her here was an adjustment but everyone on the staff was friendly and attentive ! The place was clean and I loved how they set up game play and mix in learning as well. We will be returning and signing up for a membership!

I was very happy in the beginning when the coaches paid attention at my son. My son took time initially to start participating in the class. It is good place for kids who pay attention. I felt if my son was not paying attention and was always used to stand in the corner then it was the coaches responsibility to bring him in their proximity so that he listens to them. In his last 2 classes they did not even come to him during cartwheel, handstand time to see how is he doing. Once they had placed him in a group which had all the newly joined kids and that class also was waste as the coach was busy in helping the newly joined kids and hardly paid attention on my son.I had joined by seeing all the positive reviews but highly disappointed.
