We went on a Friday night, celebrating my wife's birthday. I couldn't have chosen a better place for her special day! The food was exceptional, as was the service, and the Roaring 20's ambience was fun, although we had a bit of challenge conversing. Yes, the tin ceiling and hard walls/floors reflected sound, but they are priceless! What a surprising, but absolutely perfect space to carry out fine-dining ambiance.I had the Chicken Imperial. Without any hesitation- Absolutely scrumptious! My side was Potatoes Grand Mere. Pardon the comparison- like "Krispy Kreme" doughnuts- tastes great, and melts in your mouth.I topped the meal off with the Bread Pudding dessert. Absolutely delicious!I also want to express my gratitude for offering some lower-priced options. As seniors needing to stretch every dollar, these offerings allow us to enjoy fine dining. Thank You!

We love this place and can't say enough about the great service and excellent food. They have a weeknight and weekend menu and an excellent brunch. The decor is very nice and it feels high end but with mid range pricing.Full bar with specialty drinks as well.Desserts looked good but we were full.Recommended wonton nachos.

Wow. Fine dinning in Springtown? Indeed! Fancy and exclusive but not exclusionary nice dinning experience. Pretty good bar and great food dishes. The staff were attentive and friendly and the chef even came out to check on us. A sure sign that the food is prepared in the right spirit. Too stuffed for desert this time but its on the list. Get reservations as this place is small and all seats filled.

First off, I am delighted to have a new restaurant in Springtown that doesn't just offer fried delicacies. I applaud the owner for taking a chance in this small town!We were greeted immediately upon arrival and asked if we had a reservation. We did and were seated quickly. Happy Hour was still going on so we were able to enjoy that for a drink. The house Pinot Grigio was tasty and priced well for happy hour. (My husband's old fashioned was overpriced). The happy hour appetizer, Italian nachos, were good and unique. Although, curious why they were on a separate happy hour menu as they were the same price as the main menu, so that didn't make sense. Nonetheless, they were good. As was the bread and butter! For our main courses, I got the Parmesan Sole and garlic mashed potatoes. It was excellent. Our 7 month old also enjoyed the potatoes:). My husband got the Buffalo Diane medallions. They weren't as good. Unfortunately, they were drenched in the sauce and still cold in the center. (He ordered them medium rare...two of the three were still blue). We told the waiter and he offered to make it right, but didn't seem to really comprehend that it was super rare. We are the type that don't like sending stuff back, but want to make sure the chef is aware so they know how to fix it for future guests. (We had our waiter box it up so we could microwave it at home as leftovers ).We ended our meal with the Lemon Blueberry Heaven. It was delightful! We will definitely be back! Minus a couple hiccups, our meal was enjoyable and The Corn Fed Club is a welcome addition to Springtown. (We look forward to trying brunch!)

A nice place on the square featuring steaks, chops, and seafood at a premium price. My experience was not all that great but there were some pretty good parts. I enjoyed eating at this restaurant and it is clear the owner put a lot of time and effort into decorating and setting the mood of the place. It vibes of kind of a roaring 20's place, but not too overstated. This is a place of contradictions, also. On one hand they put a lot of effort into the look, but also the metal ceiling created a reverb or almost an echo which scrubbed away at any charm the place held. It was a little loud and tinny, so hearing the conversation at our table was tough unless we talked loud. It was a Friday night and things should have been spot on but little things kept on happening. I noticed there was a light out over the bar. The manager should have noticed that and fixed it before they opened. Not a big thing to me, but that was kind of the theme of the night. My group of six arrived for our reservation at 7 on Friday night. The parking on the square is hit or miss so, I recommend getting there a few minutes early if you want to find a spot. The place wasn't too crowded at the time and we were seated immediately. Our waitperson was Kaylen who some of our group had met before. She did a great job and we recommend her. We ordered drinks. They were good according to my wife and friends. I ordered coffee which was almost certainly made fresh, just for me, and it was delicious! The list of appetizers sounded wonderful. We planned to all get something different and share as we normally do. I ordered the oysters which appeared to be a version of oysters rockefeller. They were unfortunately out of them. We then doubled up on the ahi tuna, but it turned out there was no tuna either.....That took the number of choices down considerably. My third and final choice was brisket quesadillas. They were good, plenty tasty, but nothing unique. They could have had more chiles and less bbq sauce and been loads better. My wife ordered the stuffed mushrooms which everyone raved about! They were very good! The bruschetta appetizer was good, but the pot stickers were really my favorite. I would order these daily, if I could! My lovely bride and I ordered a caprese salad to share. I was disappointed because there was no basil at all which is pretty important for a caprese salad. There were four tomato slices, a lump of bland cheese, and the tiniest drizzle of a tasteless balsamic reduction. Not impressed. Two friends ordered the chicken imperial. Although they both said it was very good, the presentation was lacking. It looked like a bowl of mashed potatoes with mushroom gravy. It is the kind of thing that makes me roll my eyes. I mean I know they put a lot of work into the dish, but it looked like something that came from Lubys. One person got the wagyu picanha with the corn side. It was like elote and pretty decent. The steak was good according to her. Again, presentation was weak. My wife ordered a steak which was cooked perfectly. Her side was a large baked sweet potato. Both were great!I ordered the frenched pork chop with mashed potatoes. I have to say, I have never seen a more beautiful chop than this one! It was charred just enough and cooked to perfection! Some of the group liked it more than others, but I was impressed. It was supposed to come with a raspberry dijon sauce on the side. I had to ask for it, and several minutes later it finally arrived. I am pretty sure they were once again out or unprepared--- it looked like someone had mixed a tablespoon of dijon mustard with some caramelized onions. There was no hint of raspberries who got top billing in the sauce's name, in a sort of bait and switch. Another instance where something could have been great but instead was disappointing. The mashed potatoes were clearly an afterthought to this dish. Placed in a bowl, probably on a tray with other bowls waiting and waiting to be tossed on a random entree. They were cold with that rubbery layer on top and that irritated me. I ordered 4 grilled shrimp with my entree. They were large and tasty. I can recommend them for price, presentation, and taste! The group ordered espresso martinis before we left. It was a let down I am told. I want to give them more stars but I just can't. I think that if the owner wants to portray this place as a fancy restaurant and charge fancy restaurant prices they should deliver. In my opinion the was a lot of good stuff here, but it was spoiled by poor planning and mediocre presentation.

Everything here is great. The food is second to few. For this area, you won't find better. Scallops are so flavorful! The green chile mac and cheese is so unique and rich in flavor. The prime rib melts in your mouth. We've been here twice and it has been great both times.
