Love The Core Theatre. I've seen many shows over the past three years and the quality of the productions are remarkable. From well known performances to original productions, the Core Theatre does not disappoint.

As I wrote in a blog post www.alohadenise.com, this hidden gem is a terrific way to experience local and guest talent!! The artistic director, James Prince, is warm and welcoming. He shared stories of this space and showcases excellent talent on the stage. Ample parking, a refreshment assortment, an easy walk from the DART Arapaho station. Great place to gather!!!!

This was my second time here. I've been impressed by the two shows I've seen at this theatre. The first was "Inferno: The Fire at the Cocoanut Grove in 1942"This time around, I came with wife to watch "Postcards from Uncle Al" by Matt Gunther and Gary Moer. It was a solid play with a great cast. The Core Theatre is small and cozy and has been recently updated. It has an intimate setting that is great for kids and adults. The seats are comfortable and there is no bad seat in the theatre. It is well known for its family friendly tales. The staff is friendly and make you feel at home. The bathrooms are clean and there are cozy chairs and tables by the entrance if you want to relax and catch the cast after the shows or just chill and play chess with a friend. The cost of the show is also reasonable. We paid $10 each. The theater also offers a variety of drinks and snacks that you can purchase at the box office.Having been to big broadway productions and very large local productions, the Core Theatre is a Gem to have around the neighborhood. I'll definitely be back for the next show.

Wow! What a great community theater. This is a hidden gem in Richardson. It's a small venue and they produce original plays written by local artists. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoyed our evening. We plan to keep tabs on their upcoming events as we'd love to see other works done here. They are currently taking their production of Inferno on a four week off-broadway run. If you have the chance to see it!

Absolutely one of my favorite local theaters to go to. It's such a lovely and homey environment, James Prince puts so much effort in creating an excellent experience. Their shows are unique and Star some extremely talented individuals. This theatre is non-profit which means you should most definitely come see a show or donate to the theatre. Their plays cause you to think and promote unity and love, along with some Christian morals. This is also an excellent place for a date night due to the fact that they have Commodities such as Wine, water, and sometimes snacks.

Our Towngreat, the actors were good and believable. The play does make you realize how we need to slow down and see the people and world around you.

My friends and I had gone to watch the play "Every Livin Soul" as an assignment from our Professor. Honestly we had never really been to a play before, so we did not know what it would be like. We expected it to be rather boring but we were pleasantly surprised! It was such a good play and we had a delightful time watching it. We even got to see the backstage and met all the actors who were very kind.
