I just visited this location, took a tour, and I really liked it. Yay! It was very clean and organized and I really liked the structure of each room. Each classroom was well-designed and looked like an actual school. They have a strong curriculum in place for every age group and they have cool electives too; Yoga/Fit, Spanish, music, etc. I felt like it was a safe, secure school environment. I will definitely be enrolling my daughter (7) here. Thank you!

ChildTime southwest parkway is way betterLaPetite of Grand Prairie is better as well, my son started off at ChildTime at the age of 6 weeks adjusted age and stayed there until 2, we had to transfer him to LaPetite.....All 3 centers are under the same umbrella keep this in mind. When I walked into Children's courtyard it was so dull and boring looking... it was Grey and White NOT WELCOMING COLORS FOR CHILDREN. The lady was rushing me and seemed like she really could care less about my worries bc my son was transferring and he's deaf. She didn't give me a tour at all... it's crazy bc even the other centers were saying that this center is boogie and not where you want to put your children. If you're looking for a school that is quite and full of structure goto LaPetite. If you're looking for a school that will provide nothing but fun fun fun as well as minimal structure then ChildTime is the center for you....

Overrated care for toddlers. My son was here for a few weeks. It was nerve wrecking to watch my child on the school's app at while I was at work. Several days, upon arrival, all the babies nosies were not wiped. All the baby's faces would be crusted and running at the same time. Everyday it was something that I or my Husband would see that concerned us as parents. For instance, one day my child climb on top of the table and ran across the table. Literally stopping with his toes hanging over the tip of the table. Thank God my child wasn't heavy enough to make the table flip up. Both teachers were present. One was changing diapers while the other teacher had her back turned to the cam looking at the other kids and on her cell phone. When she realized my kid was standing on the table top, she removed him but placed him on the floor next to the table redirecting him to another activity. Then immediately turns around and pulls out her cell phone again. Needless to say, the cycle repeated its self within seconds. While calling to the school to report it, a coworker watching with me, timed the entire incident. A total of 13 minutes. I was embarrassed about my coworkers response to the situation. "You pay $200+ a week to watch your child put himself in danger while his teacher chat by text on her cell phone." I withdrew him that week.

My children have attended this Children's Courtyard for well over 10 years. Both of my children started out in their infant room, one has aged out and the other one is getting ready to age out. I would have not even imagine taking my children out of this child care facility. The teachers show amazing care and concern as well provided a world of learning experiences that totally prepared them for secondary elementary education. I know anyone can write a review, but I strongly recommend to all parents to go beyond a review and visit the facility for yourself. The whole staff from the management team to the teachers are amazing and you can tell they truly care for each and every child.

We used Children's Coutryard on Polo Rd for our sons and we had a great experience. We absolutely LOVE the director, Benita Wassom. She is amazing. The teachers are very loving and professional. I always felt as if I were leaving my sons with FAMILY. I never worried about their well being. We've moved from the area but my oldest son still talks about Ms. Foster (his teacher) and Ms. Benita (the director). He loves them.

Do Not Risk Bringing your babies here, the director Jo does not care about us parents and childrens safety. She stated herself "it is difficult to terminate" and not willing to go through the "long process" of letting go bad teachers (Jayla and Rachel, and Juliet) So instead she lost 3 kids in less than 2 weeks! She can keep her bad employees but she should not gain nor have any children in this center. There needs to be severe consequences and action taken, this is the 2nd Courtyard that failed us parents. Even with live access, these teachers will still get caught red handed and have it on their conscience that we are going to call regarding what is seen and caught by the staff mistreating our children. Corporate doesnt care either, even if they refuse to make changes, still report them to the Texas Abuse and Neglect Hotline.

My daughter has been attending the Children's Courtyard on Polo Rd. since she was 8 weeks old!! We love Courtyard and I have seen her grow and learn so much! She will be 2 in a week and I love being able to watch her play with her friends and build relationships with her teachers. I will be having another child in October and he will be attending as well!

I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. I went today 5/3/17 to take a tour of this daycare because I saw they had 5 stars and all the good reviews they had. But let me just get to the point on why I do not recommend it. When I went in I was not greeted. I was just told to sign in and put my information into this iPad. The lady showed me the room my son would be in if I decided to enroll him there. So we went in the room and she told me it was the room for 20 month olds up to 2 years old. There was a little boy just standing there crying I mean I know you just can't pay attention to just one child but he looked like he had been crying for a good while. Also there were like 6 kids walking around with no diapers on. You could see their private areas. It smelt like nothing but straight poop in the room and the restroom in that room had pee all over the floor. And while I was talking to the teacher she was yelling at the kids and she also grabbed one of them very ugly and aggressively and told him to sit down. I'm a first time parent and I am very over protective of my son and this right here is the main reason why I am scared to put my son in daycare.
