Our fav pho place near home in Prosper. I am hooked on the brisket pho although it's not always consistent on how tender the meat can be. Big fan of the pho broth, def impressed coming from California. Also I could use more noodles. We are also a huge fan of the pork Bahn mi as well as the shaking beef plate. Service is always great and the staff has toward been kind and attentive. They even remembered our orders when we go which is nice.

The food is great, but the portions are tiny. The pho broth is very rich and flavorful. The short rib wasn't quite fall off the bone, but was tender enough. The noodles aren't like typical pho noodles, they're the wider kind. Still good though. When you order to go, they include onions and green onions on top of the noodles. Most places put them on the side. The to go bowls are great, but again the portion size is tiny.

Overall pretty decent, but definitely Americanized pho. It's one of those places that you order and they bring the food out, then you pay up front. Seemed pretty new.Food was good, but I've had better. = Pho had good flavor, but didn't have your typical dac biet with tendon and tripe. Their short rib also was chewy both times I've had it.... They need to cook it longer or remove the silver skin + Spring rolls were tasty

Went for take out. Food was good. Service was good. Place looked clean. I have been back 2 times now. It's a good spot to grab some Pho. The broth was flavorful and packaged well for take out. I prefer the thinner rice noodles but that is personal preference I would recommend trying this spot out. I will continue to go back.

The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly, and the food came out quickly. I had the shrimp spring rolls minus the noodles, and we had the chicken pho. Everything was very fresh and flavorful!!

My new favorite pho place in DFW! The broth flavor was on point and I love how the pho came out hot. Some places serve the pho and it is lukewarm but the Alley Noodle Bar's pho was steaming hot. The meat was also very tender and was in generous amount. My friend ordered oodles of noodles and she was also satisfied with her dish. I like how the restaurant is clean and gives cozy vibe. I know they recently opened but hope they keep this up!

We visited last night as a party of two. We're able to sit right away. It was fairly busy at the time we sat but dwindled quickly . We ordered the Oodles of Noodles with lemon grass chicken and tofu, pho me up and garlic noodles with seared steak. The steak was very delicious as was the garlic noodles. The lemon grass chicken and tofu was also great, although the oodles of noodles itself was not very flavorful at all. Would not order again. Pho me up was delicious, this was very enjoyed by my friend. Service was not the best, one table got a carafe of water but I noticed we did not, nor did another table. We had to keep asking for our water to be filled as the glasses are very small and we finished water quickly. Not much of an ambiance. It's plain white walls aside from one cool mural. Voices echo as it's a smallish place. Not sure if we'll come again but def try once!

The noodle dishes are great. Staff is always friendly. We had a vegetarian eater with us but they were able to enjoy the food with us because of options. Only complaint is the lack of tables. Every time I have been there have been large groups of people that push all the tables together, and there is nowhere to sit. Definitely more of a takeout place.

I was craving some pho for dinner and have ordered here before but never been to the place until now. Cute little set up! It's small but cozy. Food overall was pretty good! We ordered the iRoll (egg rolls), Pho the luv of God (pho with rare steak and meatballs), oodles of noodles(vermicelli with pork and egg rolls), and Vietnamese coffee. We like that everything was made fresh and hot but for the purpose of the pho, I'll give my honest opinion. The coffee was really good! Egg rolls came out hot and fresh, overall good but it was still kind of floury on the inside. The vermicelli noodles were cooked to perfection, fresh and not stiff or cold, if you know what I mean, and the combination of flavors and seasoning was good. The pho broth did not taste authentic, it was still good but, there was too much msg which made it taste salty. I hope this helps. Service was limited but still good. They were quick and efficient. Don't just take my word for it. Everyone's taste buds are different, I say still give this place a go! Until then, let's eat!!!
