It's Christmas Eve. We drove an hour to come eat at TRH based on their updated Christmas Eve hours (attached) only to find the restaurant full but doors locked at 8:15. If you're not going to honor the special hours you post, then don't bother updating the holiday hours. We are now driving an hour home with five hungry and disappointed children. Merry Christmas.

Normally the service and food is good. The food was good tonight. But the women working the bar were more into talking to themselves vs attending to the customers . So much so, my husband got up and walked over to the bar back area to retrieve his own Togo box. Perhaps they need to talk with the ladies working the bar at 6:46pm tonight . Put friend also ate there tonight and were disappointed . I would not recommended this place to anyone for this kind of service . My husband even tipped less because if it . Which is not like him . We are great tippers .

Wanted a steak and everything else was closed. The food was OK, service was fair. Unfortunately, I didn't pay enough attention to the bill- My fault for not seeing that we were charged for drinks we didn't order. I had already ran my card before I noticed, and it was busy so I definitely did not want to wait for all of that to get corrected. I haven't been to this chain in a few years. The last time was more or less the same. If I am out of options, this is an option .

Ordered pick up. Manager checked me out. Said it was all there, even recited the items that were not in the bag. When I got home I called and spoke to another manager. She hesitated, then said, "Well, do you wanna come back?"No I do not. She told me she would email me a coupon for something, but she could not guarantee what it would be.I just wanted my order. That I paid for.Never received anything. Incompete, or they just do not care.

I ordered beef kabobs - unfortunately I couldn't chew the meat it was if they took the scraps off their steaks and grilled them up as a kabob meal. Not only was the meal inedible 2nd time this has happened - but I wore a new shirt - somehow before I received my food my shirt was covered in meat drippings......from the side of the table or from almost being run over by a waitress carrying dirty dishes, the manager (who appeared on her own) was unqualified to do anything other then blame me......shirt was ruined. We like Texas Roadhouse just a bad night and will find something else to order in the future.....,
