This was my second visit to this location since its original grand opening. The wait was responsible. The service was great, our server was sweet and attentive and make sure our drinks were full, but the food fell short on taste this visit. I ordered a half stack of ribs and loaded mash w/ a house salad. The croutons were stale and the salad didn't taste fresh at all. Had a few bites and couldn't force myself to get more than a few bites. Considering its roadhouse, and the salad itself is usually my fav, I was disappointed. My ribs showed up and they were so dry, hard and overcooked, it was like eating dry chicken. Not at all the tender, soft pull off the bone pork ribs I'm used to when I typically order this meal from roadhouse, and when eating my loaded mash there were pieces of tomato's in my mash as if they threw a whole lot of stuff in there and that kept throwing me off. I managed to take a few bites, but I couldn't shake the taste so I pushed my plate aside. My husband told the server and they did comp us for my meal, which I greatly appreciate, and the service and atmosphere was great. I just wish the food was better as I ended up leaving hungry and we had a movie time to make it to so unable to change my order due to delaying our time. Take some caution when ordering the ribs!

The positives...The wait staff was very nice, genuine, and very attentive. The time we arrived was before the big lunch rush so we were seated within 90 seconds. The negativeI was jonesing for a cheeseburger so instead of ordering the steak, I opted for the burger. It took 25 mins to get the meal. When it arrived the fries (cheese and bacon over the fries) were completely dried out and hard. My guess was they sat under a heat lamp to long. The burger was burnt. I mean truly charred an inedible. It took me some time to get our wait person back as the restaurant was busy by that time. They apologized and asked how I prefer my burger. I replied "medium". When the second burger arrived, it was beyond well done and pretty black on the face by that time I just wanted to get out of there. So we asked for to go boxes and left. My main takeaway is to never order a burger in a steak house. Lol.

We came here 12/18/24 so the Christmas decorations were up and it was so beautiful. The service wasn't top notch but it wasn't the worst either, which I can't say I expect the best of the best service in such a public area. Least I can say is that the service was good. My strawberry lemonade lowkey looked like regular lemonade with sweet tea at the bottom.The food was good but they kept forgetting items like the loaded mash and other sides. They also gave me a loaded sweet potato and I didn't order it? They also refused to take it off the check. I will probably come back (My mom's obsessed with this place so when she wants to go, we all have to, lol)

First time here. Seated quickly. All staff were very attentive and helpful including helping us pack up leftovers and a bag of fresh rolls. Thanks Aiden!! Yum! We enjoyed all the food. Good salads. Excellent steaks. Loved the prime rib! And wonderful hot bread. We had an excellent experience!!

I love this location and having to close to home. We come about once a week and it's always very good. My son gets the steak bites while i like the steak kabob. Today we had Jasmine as our server and she took very good care of us. The cowboy game was on and they made sure we had a seat where we could watch the game. Inside is always clean and bathrooms are also.

It seems the price of butter is more expensive than customer experience.I am usually generous with five stars when service and quality meet expectations, but my last 3 recent visits have left me frustrated and questioning the value being provided. Highly disappointed. I have dined-in once and ordered from the To-Go app/window twice in the last 2 months. I've ordered steaks, various sides and rolls each time.The To-Go staff and waitress inside were all friendly, helpful & polite.The To-Go orders were both late (one 40 minutes late).The ridiculously skimpy portions of honey butter served in the small cups instead of the larger tubs like every other Texas Roadhouse's provide feels cheap. (I suggest the book Give'em the Pickle! by Bob Farrell)Would love to see this location thrive.

I've always had great experiences at this location. This time, we were provided with outstanding service by Ty. He was super attentive and friendly. Our food came out very fast and we had refills brought to us before finishing our beverages, we never had to flag him down because he was constantly checking in with us, which I appreciate. We love Texas Roadhouse. For the prices, the quality is great, honestly, better than most fine dining steak houses for a a fifth of the price! And their rolls and cinnamon butter are to die for. Keep it up, Burleson location and Ty!!

Just walked in and requested a table for two and the hostess was so rude. It's going to be a while then in the most unpleasant voice. She seems to be mad that she has to work. Even ride to other employees. Hope the service at the table is better than my first impression of this restaurant. We waited 20 minutes as others went in front of us because we requested a table. Only to find out they had a section with 6 tables to the right of the front door that was empty. Didn't mind the waiting but smile and be nicer to people if you're the first person customers meet.Updated after we ate. My wife had the steak cobobs on a stick super salty and way too much marinade. My ribeye was ok but just average like a Cracker Barrel might have cooked it and super thin 1/2". And the rolls were cold. When this branch opened it was pretty good. Now it's just average at best. I'll drive to FTW worth the next visit I make to roadhouse. The waitress was nice enough and the sweet tea was good. Still just 2 stars

Kent Taylor would be disappointed with this restaurant. Literally from the time we came in, till the time we left it was one thing after another.We were sat at a dirty booth. I grabbed some cocktail napkins and finished doing the bussers job. The booths was wet and had food in it. There was gunk from the previous table all over the table. From their drinks and their food. I grabbed more cocktail napkins and started cleaning that up. As I was the server came to the table. She saw me cleaning the table & didn't offer to get a rag for me or clean it herself. She took our drink order.We had to ask for "fresh baked bread," none was offered. Our waitress brought our drinks took our order and left the section. I got up and got us some appetizer plates. It was at this point I went to take a sip of my water. My glass had gummied sticky stuff inside and outside the glass. I pointed it out to the waitress & she brought another glass.My daughter ordered rare 16oz Sirloin & I ordered a MR Fort Worth Ribeye.Food arrived. My daughter ordered her steak R, hers arrived medium to medium well. My Ribeye was rare, I ordered it MR-M. Usually when I order MR at Texas Roadhouse it cooks more in the window and arrives closer to medium. My daughter said she was too hungry to wait for a steak cooked the way she ordered it and ate a cold steak. Guess the line person was having a hard time getting employees to run food at that moment, because it had obviously sat on a tray not under the warmer for too long. I however cannot eat rare beef. A few moments later the waitress comes back by and inquired how everything is. We didn't mention her steak was over cooked. I had to send my Fort Worth Ribeye back.When the manager brings the cook up out, she asks me to cut into it to make sure it was recooked correctly. I cut into it and it was MW. She could see the disappointment on my face and said she could have them cook it some more. I told her it was supposed to be MR. She told me the upcook ticket said MW. My daughter is nearly done at this point. My sides are now cold but I'm hungry and didn't want to be there all night while the kitchen guessed how to cook a steak right. I can make a MW work, so I declined a recook. My waitress had already came by and informed me the kitchen was pissed, but we're cooking it up.I begin to cut my steak and eat the mushrooms with each bite. I got about three bites in when I noticed a hair. One that looked like a pube in my mushrooms. I thought it was mandatory for kitchen staff to wear nets over their hair & beards?I was so grossed out I couldn't continue.The waitress comes back by and sees I'm not eating. She asks if I'd like to speak to a manager. I told her yes. Dani came by. I explained to her how our experience had been. I forgot to tell her about my daughter's steak. Dani told me she would remove the steak from the ticket and bring me by something to help with my next experience. My daughter comes in town once a year. Dinner was a catastrophe. The hostess, the busser, the cook, possibly my waitress with the MW upcook were all off tonight. Tonight was not "Legendary food." It was not "Legendary service." It most definitely was not "fun." It was Legendary a horrible experience. I won't be back to this location. Its mind boggling the training this place requires of their staff, yet just about every member we had interaction with directly or non directly was not Legendary.Kent Taylor would be highly dissatisfied. I highly recommend getting some secret shoppers here soon, neither service or story are up to Kent's standards.I know there aren't many steakhouses in Burleson, but do yourself a favor. Go to longhorns if you read this far.

First, it was our first time to go. Our bartender server/waiter was great! The bread was awesome.I ordered the vegetable plate. I received my salad first and the lettuce was BROWN and old. I picked out all of that and ate the rest which was very little.We received our meal and I knew just by looking the fries were either re-fried or cooked in old oil. Couldn't eat them. The Mac & cheese had zero flavor. A waitress had come by so I showed her the lettuce I took out. She said she would let manager know. Then our meal came 10 minutes later and same waitress came by and asked her to take my vegetable plate away and she did ask if she could get me something else but I said no because I've heard bad stuff about that. Anyway, she mocked me as she walked away; which really was extremely rude. I never got mad or rude about the meal to her, so her doing that was uncalled for. She told our original waiter about it and we got the bill and they didn't take my meal off. I was very upset but my husband had already paid the bill electronically so I chose not to say anything but leave this review and he agreed. I do not know who the waitress who was helping out in the bar area was but the bartender does since she told him. Sat Oct 24, 5:00pm ish. $65 for one meal eaten!
