If I could give zero stars I would...I booked TCP catering for my wedding on 3/2/24 - had our tasting in person when we spoke about the date, multiple emails and a phone call to solidify the menu and signed a contract to lock in our date several months before the wedding. I even had an email conversation a week before the wedding to add on a few dietary menu items and confirm the date again ...Day of my wedding they didn't show up....after multiple calls by my coordinator they finally answered and said there was a "scheduling mishap" ... my coordinator then heard the staff in the background telling an employee to hang up the phone and not answer...cowardly staff and management. They ignored every single phone call and then their "solution" was to come 4 hours late with food not on our contract. Once you didn't show up at our contracted time with our contracted menu...you were in the wrong and there was no way you could fix it. How does a professional company not show up to a wedding when there were multiple conversations about the date (that never changed) and a signed contract? They told us our communication was only via email and it didn't end up on their calendar...it is YOUR job to manage your bookings and handle your calendar...NOT ours. They then tried to place blame stating we hadn't paid the rest of our balance...had they been a responsible business with our event on their calendar they would have reached out to discuss the last payment like a typical vendor would! A deposit is meant to show a client is in good faith going to pay the rest of the payment for a service, and as a business why would you just not show up after not getting the final payment instead of reaching out to collect the rest? Our email conversation a week before would have been a great time to remind us of our remaining balance but you are clearly trying to deflect from the fact that you forgot about us. TCP mishandled our booking due to poor business management and we had to pick up the pieces. TCP catering nearly ruined my wedding and we had to feed my guests lower quality food due to no options around our venue last minute. Because they didn't show up we also only had alcohol to serve our guests for several hours since they were contracted to bring food, water and non alcoholic drinks. Book them with extreme caution or you might end up scrambling an hour before dinner time on the most important night of your life!Edited to add: they withheld our deposit until we removed my honest review of what they did...completely unprofessional and wrong. Scott, if you would have reached out and apologized for forgetting about my wedding and shown ANY remorse I wouldn't have felt the need to post an honest negative review. But you continue to place blame on us when we did nothing wrong. If you not showing up to my wedding was simply because we didn't make the final payment...why were you trying to come hours later on our wedding day and why did you tell us it was because you forgot to add us to your calendar? Just admit you did something wrong and move on instead of texting my mother complaining about our honest reviews. Reposting because potential clients should know what happened to me and how they mishandled it every step of the way.

This company was my top pick for caterers until an email conversation went left. I asked specially for certain things. Everyone knows how stressful wedding planning is.So I am registered on booth THE Knot and WeddingWire. I saw this caterer and requested information I guess on both sites which all come to my personal email account, as well as other vendors unrelated to catering. While weighing out caterers, I sent TCP (Scott Vickers) an email inquiry, who was a recommended vendor for my wedding venue. So let's count I should have 3 different inquires. It's easy for communication to be lost. I sent an email stating that I still had not received a menu for PLATED dinners that they offered. I get a snap back about how they are getting ready for a wedding and stating that they sent me 4 quotes (3buffet and 1plated.) this does not help me. Which is the reason I emailed again. My response was "I specifically said a menu." Attached is the email response basically stating they don't need my business because there are plenty of events they can work. In the email response, it was also stated that they "assumed" I saw it but ended with me not being a good fit. I only emailed asked for a complete menu due to the fact on the website they have pics of food items that not listed on the online menu. Which is also MISLEADING!! Oh, wow! Very professional. Definitely more than happy to take business elsewhere. I do not mind being DIRECT! The fact that people, especially a business that provides a service, hide behind emails and text messages versus getting a clearer understanding is mind boggling. I don't want to make this a race thing because i never do that. But my photo is also linked to my email so I'm sure that was a reason for the lack of understanding and cooperation.Overall, never have done business with them cannot get over the communication break and unprofessionalism. Website was straight forward besides there are pictures not of food items listed on their menu.

Scott & his team were so friendly and professional from our first interaction at our tasting. All of their food is so delicious, you can't go wrong with anything you pick. You can tell that Scott truly loves being a part of your wedding day and treats you as more than just a transaction. My guests are still talking about their Dr. Pepper meatballs...and it's been a month since the day!

TCP Catered our wedding on 11/30/18 and we have nothing but great things to say. TCP offered a gorgeous tasting and It was so difficult choosing which dishes to serve at our wedding. We chose Grilled Chicken with Roasted Veggies (zucchini, etc.), Marinated Roast Beef, Corn Soufflé, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Garlic Green Beans, Cranberry Walnut Salad, and rolls. For Cocktail Hour, we ordered passed Chicken White Wings and had cheese/fruit/cracker stations around the reception area.Day-of, we heard nothing but great things from all our guests about how delicious the food was! We made it a point to enjoy our dinner (almost impossible at Bride & Groom) because the food was that amazing. We would 100% hire TCP again and recommend it to all our engaged friends.

I can not even explain how horrible my experience was with this company. There's too much, where to start. Scott was completely terrible and I wish I would have never used his incompatent company. Food was ok but his service was just terrible. I pray y'all do not use this company for your wedding or any catered event. Save yourself the head ache, insults, lies and the inability to say sorry. I worked in the service industry and so has my husband. Never have we ever been treated this way. Absolutely appalling. They should honestly be ashamed.

Best caterer ever!! We had steak and chicken fajitas with the works for 75 people for a graduation party. Everybody and I mean everybody complimented the food. I am not usually a big steak fan because it tends to be chewy but this steak melted in your mouth. The staff was on time, very professional. They set up, cleaned up and even packed extras in to go containers, since they I paid for it. I would HIGHLY recommend TCP. Ohhhh and the price can't be beat

Very unprofessional! Scott takes a car salesman approach to his pricing. He wants to find out how much money you have before he gives you any pricing. He literally called my current caterer to see how much money I was going to spend and then emailed me the most snarky, spiteful email. I'm surprised he is still in business with such a rude approach to someone trying to find out pricing. The food must be good because Scott is the worst. Ask for Danny to do your wedding if you do end up with this company as your caterer. Good luck.
