Tacos Y Mas - Arlington

Dear Yelp Friends, I wanna make a long story short. You pay for the atmosphere not the food. The food was underwhelming. The decor is so cute and festive, perfect for Cinco De Mayo which is why, my friend and I swung by there. I ordered a Chicken Taco which tasted like canned Chicken. Lol.It was $3.99 and it was Street Size? It was doubled stacked and greasy with as much Shredded Lettuce as there was Chicken. They have a Salsa Bar with a variety of Salsas which were pretty tasty. My friend gotta Torta and he raved about it!The Cashier was a petite Hispanic girl rocking a bright Pink midriff sweatshirt. She was engaged in watching TV and was jamming out to American playlist.Lol. You don't see or hear that often. Not complaining at all!To summarize things, it's conveniently located in Arlington, decor is festive, food and service are mediocre and prices are not the lowest. No saben mal, pero no están buenos tampoco!Comí de pastor y la verdad he probado de pastor mucho, pero mucho mejores, pedí de bistec y lo mismo!Son tortillas medianas diré 3", y la verdad $2.69 para un taco de ese tamaño se me hace mucho, el agua mediana de horchata $3.29 pues es mucho porque ni siquiera sabe tanto a horchata.En fin para un viaje y te encuentres con este lugar para quitarte el hambre está bien, pero si conoces la zona claramente sabrás que hay opciones mucho pero mucho mejores.

It was just OK. The steak fajita burrito was great but the Birria & barbacoa tacos were lackluster. The tortillas were dry and the meat wasn't very flavorful. If I had just gotten tacos, I more than likely wouldn't go back.

My boyfriend recently got burritos here, birth vegetarians but 1 of them had some animal skin which was concerning for me

Some of the best tacos in Arlington. I'm from Houston and I ate street tacos almost daily growing up and have been struggling to find a good taco place here in Dallas. This was the first place in dallas that I've found that serves the same warm hospitality as the taco trucks I grew up eating at, AND the food was well worth the prices. The tacos were generously filled with filling and topped with generous salsas. Tortillas are all handmade in store as well!My favorite part was meeting the assistant owner and her kids Elizabeth and Josh, they all had such warm smiles and gave the place a very homey feel. 10/10 would come back! I don't have a picture because it smelled so good I couldn't wait to devour it.

I passed by this place many times and finally gave it a try. I got a breakfast bacon and egg taco, it was very small. Also got the crispy taco platter, it came with 3 tacos a scoop of rice and bean and a fountain drink. Overall taste was just okay, portion small for the price.

Very little English spoken and/or understood here. Ordered enchiladas. Worst enchiladas I ever ate. Rice was very strange texture.Plate came with a drink which I had to explain to them. The drink machine was broken so I was told to take a drink from the cooler. I chose the only American drink in the cooler, Sprite. Last one.

Ordered a burrito I'm a real simple guy when it comes to my food but this burrito was horrible , steak, beans, rice I did DoorDash it so I didn't expect it to be hot or fresh, but I had a pound of rice and beans and about 3 table spoons of meat, and it just overpowered the burrito with the rice and beans and the green salsa was like a medium heat with no flavor I'll try something else next time though

Gyros In South Arlington, was pretty good, but for the Price Point., very respectable.

Went to the one on Grandprairie, the food taste like it's been there for days. The chips for the queso are old. My husband took a bite of the torta cubana & he went to the restroom to throw up. Disappointed
