What an excellent little food trailer. We've thought about trying this so many times, but we only remember on the way home from somewhere else. We got lucky (yes, lucky) that the place we normally go was out of what we get for a second time, so this was our chance!We were not disappointed!First, apologies for the lighting on the food photos, I'll get better photos next time. The guy running the trailer is really nice, always smiling. The food, though, absolutely delicious. I had high hopes and I love a food trailer, but it was really beyond good. We ordered barbacoa tacos for me, and a carnitas quesadilla for the boyfriend. The barbacoa... sheesh. It was just ridiculous how good it was. It wasn't dripping grease everywhere because they cook it on a flat top (just a guess) so it gets a little crispy. I've never had barbacoa that was so moist with a little bite to it. Was absolutely amazing. The quesadilla tortilla was brilliant. They have to make them daily or something for them to taste that good. The carnitas wasn't seasoned to death, you could taste the citrus, it didn't taste heavy. We also had rice, but it was chilly in the car so it was cold by the time we got it home. Had a good flavor, though. We'll take an insulated bag next time. Overall, great meal. The boyfriend already wanted to go back last night and get his own barbacoa tacos, but we were so full. lol

Support local businesses!!This place is pretty new, had to go check it out and see how the food was. We got tacos al pastor and asada, decent size and flavor was very authentic. Got a chance to talk to the owner, he was cool and talked a little about his business and previous work experience. Si te gustan los tacos auténticos prueba este lugar!

The best tacos we've had in a LONG time! The Barbacoa beef was something special and was our favorite. Pastor was very good too. The green salsa was super spicy and the red was just right for us. We can't wait to go back. Two thumbs up on the cheese quesadilla as well. Chivo worked at Miguelito's for years and so nice to see him open a food truck!

Hands-down, they have the best tacos de Tripas and the Suadero is amazing and the Barbacoa you have to try them for yourself very delicious and I also love the Pastor Tacos!!!! You need to come get some tacos!! I highly recommend them. Today I had the asada tacos and they are soooo goood!!!
