a sign on the wall of a restaurant
Side of meat is supposed to be HALF full. I won't be back. Go to AZLE instead. It's worth the drive.
Everything is free???

Taco Casa has always been my favorite out of the 3 main fast food Mexican restaurants. They've always been reasonably priced and they are not skimpy on their fillings or toppings (unlike Taco Bell who hoards everything in their kitchen). We've visited this location many times and have never encountered a problem with our food or with the service provided by the employees. Tacos are always full of meat and cheese, chilada is always cheesy and saucy, super burrito stuffed to the max. Plus they give you a hand full of hot sauce! Which is great because I lather that stuff on. Bonus is I always have some left over to adorn other meals with. We've only dined inside once, and I feel the smell was kind of weird. I'm not a fan of the service charge they give you if you use a card, but we are seeing that be pretty widespread at many establishments.

Great location off Clifford street in West Ft Worth. They are fast and always friendly. They offer indoor seating only. I used the drive thru today to get tacos and a gallon of sweet tea. It was about $14. Well worth the price. Would recommend

It's not fancy, and a bit expensive for fast food but soooo yummy. Good ingredients and consistent at any location. Reminds me of the taco bell many years ago. The salad and bean burrito are my favorites!

This place does not have a speaker in the drive-thru, so you have to order at the first window. No problem, I feel like there's less room to mess up. I proceed to the first window and turns out it is the manager taking the orders. Middle aged Hispanic woman. She was polite, took my order, which included a spicy MEAT burrito. I requested 10 hot sauces and was told that the next window will assist me. Meanwhile I can hear a male employee joke to this manager about how there is a costumer requesting to speak to the manager....they found it funny.. red flag. I proceed to the next window and it seems to be some punk 17-18 year old with no respect. "Sauces??", he says, in the most repelling "gtfo of here" kind of attitude. I tell him yes 10 please. "Huh?" He says. 10 sauces I say again. He hands me my bag and I don't even think to look but turn out homeboy needs to go back to kindergarten. 7 sauces would've been doable and I'd go on with my day. NOPE! He was actually 7 sauces short! No one was behind me yet so I backed up to the window and waited with him hiding from the window I guess. I honk a couple times and still nothing. About 3 minutes go by and he reappears with his attitude tucked nicely up his a**. He says "yeah?". I say I need 7 more sauces. "Huh?" Omfg dude are you okay?! I say, You gave me 7 sauces short of what I asked for. He disappears from the window and about 15 seconds go by before a new Hispanic woman appears. JESUS HELP US!! She asked what the problem is and I respond by asking her the same and also ask why I am now asking a 3rd person for sauces. At this point my wife's had it, she lets the lady know wtf we need one more time before I'm sure she was going to reach across me and pull this new woman out. She hands us a dramatic amount of sauces... yay! Finally we have sauces for our food we purchased from this poor establishment! Just to find out they gave me a beanburrito, which I find disgusting, hence the "meat" burrito. Poor poor poor experience, I will not be going here again. Save your time and money, they will mess SOMETHING up, always do.

Never had a problem with this Taco Casa. My order is always correct (which I very much appreciate). The drive thru line gets pretty packed but it moves at an understandable pace. I'll definitely continue to come here for my chilada fix. ;)

Customer Service: 4Quality: 2Value: 2The above score is given based off of similar style restaurants. My first impression after seeing their food was "This is a knock off of Taco Villa". It's like a disgruntled Taco Villa employee stole the recipes and decided to run to another city and start up their own. When compared to other fast food restaurants this place is just above average in the customer service category. In the quality category my meal tasted very bland and had ZERO fresh flavor. You actually had to drown the food in the red sauce to add any flavor to it. Now in regard to value, I feel that you get more food from Taco Bell which is right across the street. No since in coming here if right across the street I wouldn't return to this location again, just due to the value aspect. They aren't offering a different product than anyone else that would make me drive here.

I was near the Walmart on Clifford and saw the Taco Casa. I had the "Super Burrito". The ingrediants were fresh the tortia was soft. It was pretty flavorful. I was able to get a burrito and a large diet coke for under $5.The one thing that bothered me was that I wanted to have a knife and fork with my meal. I tried to get the attention of the window person but she handed my food to me so quick and closed the window I didn't get a chance to speak to them again. Other than that the food was great and it was made quick.

I eat at this location more than I'd care to admit, to begin with. I normally write very thorough reviews, but I'll keep it brief for this one:This is the finest fast food location I've ever eaten at. I've been here almost countless times, and they have yet to drop the ball in any way. Not even once, not in any way.The service is good and all, but the food is always, I mean ALWAYS on point. What stands out the most to me is how perfectly the tomatoes are sliced. The Taco Lites are incredible, in particular, but everything else tastes just great, too. My singular "complaint" is that their burritos don't have much texture other than gloopy, but they taste so good that the texture doesn't matter by the time you finish it.For real though, kudos to the owners and especially the employees, because they're knocking it out of the park. Go get some Taco Lites and thank me later.

Ive always loved TACO CASA above any others but tonight after spending $65..when we got home there's NO MEAT AT ALL on the taco salads! The tacos did have meat but tasted like dog food or something else other than real meat! Very DISAPPOINTED!
