Horrible. This is NOT sushi. I ordered a volcano roll and blazing hot roll. Both suppose to have fresh fish. I got warm rice with a pound of imitation crab meat mixed with some kind of mayo. Paid almost $40 WITH tip. Just advertise yourself as Chinese food. This is NOT sushi .

So we were normal customers for this place when they first opened and they were pretty good. The selection was limited but the product was good. The cashiers were friendly and they made sure you were taken care of and I can appreciate how hard they worked. Well I returned there today after having not patronized for some time because I've just been busy. It was TERRIBLE. I got two California rolls, 3 avocado rolls, shrimp tempura, a rainbow roll and a couple of tuna rolls. Well the rainbow roll was just slapped together no pride in the work at all and it was lacking the ingredients that make it what it's supposed to be. The tempura rolls shrimp seemed as though it had been cooked way earlier and then just slapped into my roll. The tuna roll hardly had any tuna in it. The owner was a very integral part when they opened and I'm not sure if he is present since they opened up in Denton but please fix this. I will not be patronizing again and if your order comes out like mine I suggest you don't either.

Ordered from here a few days ago. The sushi was great but I also got fried rice, which was good too, just needed more soy sauce. I only received one for all the food I had

We love SushiBachi! Amazing hibachi food at an affordable price! We absolutely love picking up food from there!

If I could give 0 star I would! This place is absolutely despicable!!!! Do not tip here!!!! The employees don't even get them....the owner and manager steal them and keep them for themselves. Bug infestation as well.....beware and cautious. Manager also tries to sell people expired/food left out too long to get rid of it for a profit instead of a loss. Communication is lacking as well.

This is my second review for Sushi Bachi. I decided to try it out once more, and it didnt go well. I ordered the Ahi Tower Bowl to go and then waited for about a half hour before I went to the counter to ask about my order. They had never put in. They rushed the order and when I opened up at home it was still a disappointing serving size, like I mentioned in my first review. I suppose this is what I get for tipping BEFORE I recieve a service.I can't give 1 star in good conscience though, because the food is good, even though it is overpriced and the service botched it. Suffice to say, they aren't going to see my face again.

No...just no. This was the worst. The shrimp was good, but the fried rice and vegetables were horrible. Just no. Try another place or save your money.

The overall experience was just okay. Visited the location during lunch time and it was empty, so minimal wait. I ordered the Sushi Burrito "C" and wasn't too impressed. Although, the rice was cooked perfectly, everything else was blah... the burrito lacked filling- the protein was minimal to almost absent. There was more seaweed salad than anything other filling in the burrito. I would have probably been better off getting a bowl.

The food is decent, no complaints. The dining room is inviting although the short tables aren't super fun to get in and out of. The staff is friendly and accommodating, my kiddo usually orders fried rice with no veggies and they never have any problems making it happen.

The portions are small for the price although i only ordered Togo and they got my order wrong despite me repeating it twice and when i came back the cashier said i could keep the shrimp so i sat down to eat before my lunch break was up but she asked for the shrimp back after i was already told i could keep it so the veggies and rice and chicken got cold while i waited for them to cook 4 extremely small pieces of beef overall felt like they were really stingy and feel bad for the person getting the recooked shrimp after me this was my third and last time going the only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the gentleman behind the cash register was very friendly and accommodating to the mistake made but the manager didn't like that
