We came to sushi shack looking for some good All you can eat sushi. We saw sushi shack did AYCE, so we gave it a shot. We came in on a Monday around 4pm. Lots of seating and they had some really good music playing. I love the aesthetics of the inside. I did see reviews of the the rude lady. I'm pretty sure she served us, but I think she did a really well job and was polite. She attended to us very well, and provided great hospitality. We did the AYCE dinner for $25 before tax. I think it was a pretty solid deal and the food was really good. The only downside was that the yellowtail roll had a wrap that was a little mushy/chewy, but other than that, the rolls were bursting with flavor. The best roll that I enjoyed was the sunset roll.

Edit** 03/3/25 8:03PM The hostess called me back at 8PM today letting me know "the charge was already somehow finalized" and that i couldn't speak to the boss as they didn't speak English. (They were speaking English as they discussed the situation, we could hear it all as they didn't mute themselves) I was told I needed to come pick up a cash refund. I explained we wouldn't be there today as we're all throwing up and one is "literally" stuck on the toilet. I was told to speak with the manager Ms. Lee tomorrow or Wednesday in person for my refund once feeling better. RUN FOR YOUR HEALTH! If I could give zero stars I would. Me and two friends got food poisoning tonight from this establishment m. We ordered at 4 and within 3 hours of eating we're all hurling and one has diarrhea. We called the store to let them know which items we believed were bad so they could check the stock and take it off the menu. Within a minute of being put on "hold" where we could hear them talking the hostess was told to tell us the food was fine and that they checked it, though they didn't. She then said the chef said everything was fine and they hadn't had any calls yet. She then proceeded to say we're having an allergic reaction. We've had these types of rolls before from other establishments with no issues. Now we are getting ready to head to urgent care for food poisoning as we're bloated, have thrown everything up including water. The hostess said we can post and call the health inspector after I threatened to call them because we were being dismissed. We had the Cali roll, spicy Cali, spicy tuna, crab tempura and shrimp tempura rolls.

Visiting friends and decided to order into the hotel vice going out. Not such a good idea. I normally give good reviews, but this place was not the best. Their sushi rolls were not rolled tight. They fell apart. They were not sliced evenly. The cucumber roll was so loose and not cut straight that it made me wonder who they hired. Definitely not impressed. And would not recommend ordering from here.

Don't sleep on this spot! The sushi rolls are fresh made and the AYCE roll list is quite extensive! $25 for AYCE sushi with a tonnnn of choices? Can't beat that! They do charge you for pieces you didn't eat though so beware but I'll for sure be back!

Came here for AYCE for my daughters 10th birthday. It's a nice ambiance. The sushi was good, some of the rolls were ok but sashimi, miso soup were all fantastic. It was freezing cold inside the restaurant so we were all a little uncomfortable. I wish they had a better description on their rolls. I will def go back for more sashimi soon!

We've ordered quite a few times with DoorDash every time all the food is delicious. Their tempura is really good. They're bento boxes but mainly all their different sushi rolls are just delicious. Highly recommend.

Food is amazing and they are the sweetest people, I got sick (from medication that I take not the food) and the server immediately noticed something was off and boxed up my food for me so I can eat when I feel better and didn't charge extra even though I got the all you can eat. They actually care more about their customers than their policies and it's nice to know you're supporting genuine people by eating here.
