Fun mini water park! Lots of room for activities. Some areas were closed when we went, but enjoyed our time. Facility looked clean and plenty of lifeguards around.

My son loves this place. My wife has taken him a few times. I've only been by once briefly, but we're doing his birthday here and I'll spend a few hours getting to know the place. At a glance, it's pretty impressive - especially for the cost. Multiple pools (including diving board), lazy river, sweet-looking slides, water features and play areas, and covered tables / group area. They also provide life jackets and sell concessions. You can reserve a table for a few hours if you want a guaranteed table for a birthday or the like. Otherwise the tables are first come, first served. I'll add more after we do his birthday there.--------------------------Post-birthday-party additions:I'm sticking with my 5 stars. This place is great, ESPECIALLY for the money. $4 admission for residents, $5 for non-residents. That's about half the cost of Rosemeade Aquatic Center and they have very similar amenities. We showed up around 1:30-45 on Saturday after they opened at 1 and tons of covered tables were still available. In fact, the entire place never got that crowded. Nice! The two tall "big kid" slides are awesome and very fast. I'd put them up there with more expensive places' speed slides. Note that kids have to be 48" tall to ride them, so ... us big kids were the only ones is our group to ride, considering we were there for a 4-year old bday party. :DMain "normal" pool is split via rope, separating the deep end and diving area from a shallower lap-pool area. The diving board is a good one and the deep end is deep (over 10', I think). Only weird bummer that sucked: no backwards anything off the diving board. C'mon...Then there are the main play pools. Lots of spraying, a couple of kiddie slides, some very challenging Wipeout / Ninja Warrior style lily pads to try to get across (really difficult), and a really, surprisingly nice lazy river that moves at a pretty good clip.Manager was super nice (forgot her name) and other lifeguards were also nice, although a little blunt at times. (Hard to blame them, with little kids hurtling everywhere at top speed.) No one seemed apathetic or stoned; they were actually paying attention and calling the shots. We'll be back!

Started off liking this place a lot. New to Lewisville and signed my daughter up for swim class there. After class one day I inquired about having a birthday party there. The swim teacher said she'd get the manager. Manager seemed well informed, told me the cost, pointed out the tents and how long it's covered for. I figured it was a good option for a six yr old party and was ready to pay. She said they don't take the payments there and I'd have to call the number. Called the number, person on the phone gave same info and advised of availability for date and time requested then said couldn't take payment and to call the Rec or go up there. Drove to the Rec couple days later "no we don't take payments for the aquatic center here". Gave me a number to call, said it was across the street from the Rec. Called and the person answered the phone "no we don't take payments, you pay at the aquatic center". I explain well that's where I started and the "manager" informed me they don't take rental payments there and I've just been sent through a full 360. He calls to the aquatic center, calls me back, and confirms he just spoke to someone and they take payments there. I'm a bit livid but I'm thankful to Ethan for calling to confirm. Drove to the aquatic center to make payment, young kid at the window. Tells him I'm here to make payment. He say yes ok and says yes available on Sunday. Plays around on the computer a bit then oh no that date is all booked up for both tents. Two weeks trying to book a tent for rental and being sent in circles to climax in disappointment. Thank goodness for Rosemeade rainforest!!

What a weak effort of a park. Tried to be legitimate but didn't want to spend enough to make this good. Sad lazy river, weak looking lifeguards, scantily clad lifeguards, undertrained lifeguards. Rules against swimmers wearing cotton shirts but sad explanations as to why. Small minds make weak efforts. Lifeguards....use your whistles sparingly. They are more effective when not used frivolously

This aquatic center is alright. They don't have a sign about not having "basketball type shorts" so when you get up in the front after waiting you have to go change. That wasn't a big deal but pretty annoying. The most annoying thing is how serious these teenagers take their roles. Our three year old was laying on my husband who was floating on a tube. He went around the lazy river several times and one teenager blew her whistle and said, "babies only on a parent". I said, "he can't swim and my husband is holding him. They're floating and have been for the past 20 minutes...". My husband was wearing trunks he bought at the cvs down the street, as recommended by the staff since he had basketball shorts, clearly they were trunks but he was asked twice by another "proud to have a whistle teen" if he was wearing basketball shorts. I replied, "we've already been cleared by front desk. He's just trying to float in this river they're swim trunks." The entire time he was either questioned about his trunks, told the kids couldn't be on us while floating, or we heard someone else being asked about their swim attire. Kids had fun though.
